Lovely room and very kind people
Pros:

Firstly, the lady who came and showed me the facilities was lovely. Made sure I knew everything before she left. Located in a nice area, security guard is also really nice.

It's really easy to get to from the Piazza Garibaldi/Naples Central Station.

The room was clean. They apologised that the room wasn't ready when I arrived but I arrived 2 hours early so it was completely my fault and they let me in, got my room made up and let me leave my luggage there whilst they were cleaning the room.

The room was spacious and clean, and I actually slept really well. WiFi is good, which is really important as the signal is not good in that area.

Lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops locally. Also close to the sea and a nice area to walk around.

I'm already planning another trip to Naples and would wholeheartedly stay here again. The people were friendly and just so easy to deal with.

Pros:

Tamanho do quarto, utilidades disponíveis (microondas, frigobar, máquina de lavar roupa, ferro elétrico).

Cons:

Pequenos probleminhas: não escoar a água do chuveiro (eu precisei limpar o ralo), e fiquei 1 dia sem internet, mas que foi resolvido ao final do dia pelo zelador do prédio.

Posizione strategica
Pros:

La struttura è ben posizionata, a Chiaia, quindi anche ben collegata in modo da raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Napoli. Ottima l'aria condizionata che in estate è necessaria.

Cons:

Unico lato negativo il portone non si chiude benissimo, ma per il resto andava tutto bene.

The staff are so polite, nice, smiling people! They helped with everything, tried to help. The location is just wonderful! It was always clean. Thank you very much again for the wonderful attitude. I recommend to everyone!

Perfect pad for Naples
Pros:

Clean apartment, small bathroom but everything you need. Great location close to bars, restaurants, local shops, metro etc. Host was fab, great communication, extremely helpful. Would definitely use again.

Well located but too noisy
Pros:

Location is very good (close sea, center, restaurant-cafe and transportations)

Cons:

Property was part of or just beside an event room and there were parties each night very noisy and making difficult to sleep.
We came also for resting and it was not the case because of that.
