Elfogadhatónak tartottam, bár kicsit túlárazottnak

Als je van de Efteling houdt vind je dit zeker een leuke plek

De parkachtige setting waar het kasteeltje in lag

Cons:

Ondanks de Engelse menu kaart was er grote verwarring over wat we besteld hadden (er was keuze uit 5 gerechten). Eten was overigens heerlijk, maar veel smaakt goed na 100km fietsen met bepakking.

Pros:

Munkám miatt életem nagy részét szállodákban töltöm, így sokféle szálláshelyen megfordultam már. Ez a szállás azonban egyértelműen a legjobbak közé tartozik. Külön szeretném kiemelni a személyzetet, akik rendkívüli figyelemmel és tisztelettel bántak a – jellemzően idősebb – vendégekkel.

Gyönyörű a hotel, a szoba, a park lenyűgöző, hatalmas sétákat tettünk esténként.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Elfogadható, de nem biztos, hogy visszatérünk
Pros:

Változatos a reggeli választék. A vacsorát nem nagyon tudtuk megtapasztalni, mivel mindkét este későn értünk vissza egy rendezvényről.
Szobacsere után egy tágasabb szobát kaptunk kategórián belül (lakosztály), amit nem sütött és melegített egész nap a Nap.
Nagyon kényelmes az ágy és az ágynemű is.

Cons:

Szobafoglalás után vagy érkezés előtt illik tájékoztatni a vendéget, hogy hiába, hogy van klíma, nincs hozzá távirányító és anélkül nem lehet működtetni, főleg, ha az ott tartózkodás idejére tűző nap és 30 fok várható. Elfogadtuk a szobacserét annak ellenére, hogy ebben sem működött a klíma, mivel csak éjszaka tartózkodtunk ott és nyitott ablaknál kellemesen aludtunk, de ellenkező esetben más rögtön refundot kérne és nagyobb kompenzációt, illetve azonnal nézett volna más szállást a környéken (ami nekünk is megfordult a fejünkben).
5*-ban dolgozom, így tisztában vagyok a 3*-os helyek elvárásaival, de a vendég előre informálása az esetleges kellemetlen dolgokról mindig egy fokkal jobb, mint hogy tudatlanul lépjen be a 27 fokos szobába és magától jöjjön rá, hogy baj van.

Did not meet our expectations compared to our previous stays
Pros:

We booked a suite to treat ourselves for a couple of nights after a long drive. We had accidentally booked a suite in the past at this place and it was absolutely fantastic and they also brought fruit and champagne to the room. So this time was a bit of a let down in comparison to that. The room was quite dark, but large enough and had a balcony. We booked a room with air conditioning, but the hotel did not tell us that it was not working. They should have let us know that on arrival and given us an option to change rooms. Fortunately, it was not very hot weather when we stayed, although I was quite warm on the first night. We also stayed here because of the half board basis and the fact that it is buffet, so you can generally find something you like. The first evening was catered in the restaurant with a very limited choice of menu. There was a buffet on the second night, but we have stayed at this hotel a number of times and we both thought the quality of food had gone down. It was fine, but nothing to write home about. The grounds are beautiful and there are some different spaces around with fun things to do. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities on this occasion, so can't comment on that.
