Pros:

Our second stay at Kudos, and it certainly won't be our last. We visited last year and loved it so much that coming back was an easy decision.

Without a doubt, this is our favourite place in Zanzibar. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking ocean views, spacious, modern, and spotless apartments, and the most incredible breakfasts served on your private terrace each morning while overlooking the ocean. It's the perfect way to start
the day.
Everyone is warm, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

We can't wait to return. Thank you once again for another unforgettable stay!

Attention au vol dans la chambre
Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très belle, spacieuse, calme et paisible, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité.

Cons:

En revanche, quelques points négatifs sont à signaler. Lors du ménage, les serviettes usagées étaient souvent retirées sans être remplacées. Nous avons dû envoyer plusieurs messages au personnel pour en obtenir de nouvelles, ce qui était assez contraignant.

Le point le plus préoccupant concerne notre dernier jour de séjour. Environ 150 € ont disparu de notre chambre. Notre pochette contenant l’argent avait été déplacée et, en l’ouvrant, nous avons constaté que les 150€ dedans, n’étaient plus à l’intérieur. Nous ne pouvons pas affirmer ce qu’il s’est passé, mais cette situation nous a laissés très mal à l’aise. Par précaution, nous conseillons donc aux futurs voyageurs de ranger systématiquement leurs objets de valeur et leur argent dans le coffre-fort de la chambre.

Enfin, soyez également vigilants au moment du départ. Une taxe de séjour nous a été réclamée, alors qu’elle était déjà incluse et payée lors de notre réservation sur Booking. Lorsque nous avons indiqué que cette taxe figurait déjà sur notre réservation, elle ne nous a finalement plus été demandée. Nous vous conseillons donc de bien vérifier votre réservation et de conserver votre preuve de paiement afin d’éviter toute confusion.

Fantastic location in Jambiani!
Pros:

Lovely place to stay in Jambiani! Breakfast on our balcony was amazing every morning! We also did several tours through their guide and loved every one of them and thought all of them were a fair price!

Cons:

Breakfast was usually 15 minutes late every day but we learned to just order it for 15 minutes earlier than what we expected and didn't mind at all - just mind be annoying if you are on a tight schedule before a tour!

Comfortabel, betaalbaar en mooie locatie.
Pros:

Heerlijk appartement, met ruim balkon en prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer direkt an der Küche gehabt und es war morgens ziemlich laut, wenn die Mitarbeiter das Frühstück zubereitet haben.

In general we enjoyed our stay in Kudos beach.
Pros:

Property was nice, clean and spacious like on the pictures. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was prepared with care and taste, fantastic assortment of cooked and fresh food.

Cons:

Power cut was messing up with our air conditioning (my friend had a health problem and she needed air conditioning in the evenings) and also we had a problem with water (lack of water in the middle of my shower).
The pool on the pictures shouldn’t be even advertised because it was completely shut outside the season… It’s giving mix signals.

KUDOS Beach Apartments ist ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, und von der Terrasse aus kann man das Leben und Treiben der Insel wunderbar beobachten.

Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet, und Wasser steht jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Service insgesamt ist einfach grandios.

Pros:

Beautiful apartment, furnished and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was amazing and plenty and quite some variety to choose from. Free drinking water always available. Mosquito nets on the windows and AC and fans helped us always feel comfortable. Very comfortable bed! Staff was very nice and helpful. Wonderful views of the beach from the balcony. We will be back!

Cons:

Not exactly in the center of Jambiani, but there's still shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

Superb stay in Jambiani
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, modern but most importantly the location on the beach was top. Breakfast was generous and very good, staff friendly, so we had a great stay. We only used the pool once, it is super close (located in a resort just a minute on the beach ), you have to spend in food or drinks 10 usd, which for was ideal for lunch when there was low tide and did not swim in front of the apartment.

Perfect stay to remember forever. Will defenitly return again.
Pros:

Very beautiful and clean room, amazing breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The pool was 2min walking distance and also very beautiful. We mostly ate at the Bar next to this property. Very convenient. In April it was a very quiet place. But my kids (3, 6yo) loved it.
