KUDOS Beach Apartments Jambiani

Wunderbare Lage am Strand von Jambiani mit herrlichem Ausblick auf's Meer inklusive Sonnenaufgang. Die Apartments sind stilistisch wirklich gelungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem extrem hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeiter: Es ist immer eine Ansprechperson vorort.

had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described . The location was great and everything was well organized.

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive . She made everything easy and was always available to answer any questions. Her kindness and support really made the experience even better.

I also forgot to bring my iPhone charger, and one of the staff members his name is lazer , kindly left his charger with me for my entire stay without even asking for it back. He also helped us with our luggage. His generosity and support were truly appreciated

The apartment also smelled amazing and the bedding and towels were very clean and fresh

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Amazing Experience in Zanzibar!
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and offered plenty of variety.

The location was perfect, right by the sea — we could hear the sound of the waves every day and it was truly relaxing. An unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Zanzibar. I would definitely stay here again!

Es war einfach ein Traum! Wir waren im Oktober zum Entspannen nach einer Safari hier. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und wird auf die Terrasse des Apartments serviert. Sicherheit ist gegeben, da 24 h jemand am Stiegenaufgang ist und aufpasst, dass nur die Gäste sich dort aufhalten.
Betten für uns super, auch die Schlafcouch für unsre erwachsene Tochter.
Im der Scooby Doo Beach Bar nebenan kann man sehr gut essen und Cocktails trinken. Cocktails wurden uns auch mal auf's Zimmer gebracht. :-)
Bitte beachten, dass die Gehzeiten in Jambiani sehr ausgeprägt sind und man nicht jederzeit schwimmen gehen kann. Muss man eben ein bissl planen. Es ist auch mal interessant sowas zu sehen und bei Flut ist es herrlich zum Schwimmen. Zur möglichen Poolbenutzungi, gegen Konsumation und gleich in der Nähe kann ich daher nichts sagen. Für uns war es nicht notwendig.
Für Taucher kann ich das Ocean Wonder Dive Center von Nadine Ostermann sehr empfehlen. Wir fanden das Tauchen zwar von dem her was man sieht nicht so toll (im Vergleich zu Malediven und Ägypten). Für unsere Tochter die dort den Tauchschein mit Nadine gemacht hat war es jedoch perfekt und auch der Refresher den wir gemacht haben (nach 7 Jahren ohne Tauchen) war echt super hilfreich.
Die Unterkunft kann ich für Ruhesuchende zu 100 % empfehlen.

Everything was amazing

Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist wirklich GENAU wie auf den Bildern!!!
Wir waren so verblüfft als wir das erste Mal in die Wohnung kamen, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und auch noch so hochwertig.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich toll :)
Wir kamen spät am Abend an, wurden vom Parkplatz abgeholt und nachdem wir erwähnten das wir noch Hunger hatten, wurden wir auf die Hauptstraße zum Restaurant begleitet, wofür wir wirklich dankbar waren 🫶🏻☺️

The apartment size was impressive, and the proximity to the ocean was perfect .Great atmosphere also interacting with locals and a great vibe .The breakfast was very impressive and the staff were great and attended to all our needs 😀 🙌

Great location, next to restaurants and bars and Jambiani mall is also accessible by foot.
The Boho design gives the Apartment great esthetic

Uns hat alles gefallen, der tolle Meerblick, das leckere Frühstück, das sehr freundliche Personal, die liebevolle Einrichtung… Manchmal kamen sogar die Affen vorbei und man konnte schöne Fotos machen. Das Restaurant nebenan ist sehr lecker (Scoby Doo). Die Poolnutzung im Mwezi war problemlos.

The breakfast was good especially the English breakfast. Maybe I can just advise that if they want to mentain the cereal option then let it be muesli with yogurt and/or cornflakes with fresh milk and not vise versa as is the case right now. but generally the breakfast was good.

The Property was clean, spacious.
The view on the beach was excellent.
The staff were friendly and proactive.
Breakfast had reasonable selections, tasted good but was served a bit cold.
