Party place / outskirt of Jambiani , beach side
Pros:

The property located right on a beach.
The room exactly how it looks like on the pictures : cozy, comfortable bed, sofa, the kitchen has everything which is needed for basic cooking. Stylish place .

Cons:

Unfortunately I experienced that few things are not completely align with the basic description on booking.com (or I was not too precize during checking) :
- the property is far from the road. Very tricky to get here, during night the only tiny street is dark & shady
- there is no reception desk. You have to call them beforehand arrival. Otherwise you will be staying outside for 30 mins
- the restaurant (Scooby Doo) next to it has very loud music. Which made me impossible to work from the room, not mentioning the terrace
- they DO NOT HAVE swimming pool. Confusing pictures. They are 5 mins walk from the property. And you have to pay for it : 15$ / day
- one night it was raining. Ment the bed on the terrace was soaked completely. They shall adopt a solution on a side wall to avoid similar inconveniences.

So altogether I left with a bittersweet feeling …

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful apartments right on the beach with amazing view and lovely staff who look after you well and make very nice breakfast of your choice. We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time. Rooms are cleaned everyday, breakfast is served in rooms. I can highly recommend having massages especially the one with scrub. Very good and relaxing with homemade products. We highly recommend Kudos beach apartments and would love to come back in the future.

Pros:

Wunderbare Lage am Strand von Jambiani mit herrlichem Ausblick auf's Meer inklusive Sonnenaufgang. Die Apartments sind stilistisch wirklich gelungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem extrem hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeiter: Es ist immer eine Ansprechperson vorort.

Cons:

Einzig der Herd konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil ein Ersatzteil fehlte.
Wir kommen dennoch wieder!

Many places to eat nearby

Cons:

The access for the driver, but the staff helped to carry the luggage
A large part of the day the nearby restaurant had some music even thru not to loud

Pros:

had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described . The location was great and everything was well organized.

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive . She made everything easy and was always available to answer any questions. Her kindness and support really made the experience even better.

I also forgot to bring my iPhone charger, and one of the staff members his name is lazer , kindly left his charger with me for my entire stay without even asking for it back. He also helped us with our luggage. His generosity and support were truly appreciated

The apartment also smelled amazing and the bedding and towels were very clean and fresh

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Cons:

Nothing just The power went off once for about 45 minutes, but it only happened that one time during our entire stay, so it was completely manageable.

Ingång på baksidan där det är fullt med skräp i omgivningen - den sidan av ön har mycket tidsvatten vilket gör att utsikt under största del av dagen är hemskt - vi kunde inte fånga en enda stund med ustkikten som på bilderna - går inte alls att bada där- så det är stort besvikelse att du betalar så mycket men kan inte bada - på hotellet som de hänvisar till att det finns pool och nyttja känner de inte till Qudos- vi var där en gång och drack kaffe för att vänta på incheckning - känslan att vi är inte alls välkomna att vistas där. Så du är helt låst till lägenheten och stranden som går inte att bada på

Amazing Experience in Zanzibar!
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and offered plenty of variety.

The location was perfect, right by the sea — we could hear the sound of the waves every day and it was truly relaxing. An unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Zanzibar. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The place is beautiful, the views are amazing.
The staff, very friendly and always willing to assist.
The whole accommodation set up was amazing, beautiful inside.

Cons:

I think it’ll be nice to have a big full body mirror.
Shower turns cold and loses pressure faster than I’d prefer.
The pool is next door, so it’s takes effort to go swim.
