Comfortable, convenient and easy stay
Pros:

It was amazing. Just at our arrival they offered to us an upgrade with no costs. They gave us a lot of information about places and activities in Zhangjijie. The room had all the amenities and was huge and modern. Additionally I asked for laundry and they did it for me in less than 3 hours for free. To conclude we asked the last day before our stay at 22:00 if we can stay 1 more day in the same room and they accept and was just a quick payment for the extra night, super easy to do the change. We really appreciate the work and hospitality we received from the staff. Thank you so much and great job! :)

Muy bueno!
Pros:

Es muy buena la ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la estación del teleférico para subir a la Montaña de Tianmen. En la zona hay bastante oferta gastronómica y desde el hotel nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi para ir a la estación de tren por la mañana temprano.

Good Stay at Hero Hotel
Pros:

I liked the location near to the entrance for Tianmen Mountain and it is easy to get there. They help me with the instructions to go to the Park. The room was clean and the staff was kind.

Very well located to go to Tianmen Mountain.
Pros:

It is a hotel located beside another one. They were refurbishing it so the palier were not finished. They are changing the rooms but, for example, the sofa in one of the rooms had a stain. Breakfast was ok, mostly chinese, very noisy.

Pros:

the location is perfect for the Tianmen Mountain park visit (but 45min drive from Zhangjiajie national park), 3min walk away from the cable car.
We liked our room, it was spacious, renovated and had a great shower.

Cons:

It might be tricky to find the place, as it has a different name in amap app and in didi, but it's next door to Atour hotel, so you can just used that in the apps.
Breakfast was fine, but the coffee situation was not good. If you are not a big breakfast person, I would recommend to go to the coffee place next to the Tianmen cable car station (Luckin coffee and get a nice latte there).

Pros:

Location is top notch! Near Tianmenshan CableWay. Super convenient 5-7minute walk. Restaurants and eating places all around the hotel. Supermarket really close by. Staff are very attentive and responsive. Customer service is excellent.

Cons:

It is in the same building as other hotels and private residences. There was renovation going on one night but staff responded straightaway with a room relocation so excellent service recovery
