Love the location! 6 min walk to be shuttle bus to take you to Tianmen Mountain/fairy fox show. Local delicacies across the hotel. The hotel was under a different name on Amap: Xioncheng Hotel and it was a bit difficult to find from the outside.
They upgraded our room as there as an ethnic minorities cultural event where they were playing music and the staff informed us that it might get noisy, but we didn't hear anything in the room. The room itself was very modern, clean and quite comfortable! Staff did not speak English but we were able to use translation. Super friendly staff though!
I liked everything about the hotel, and its quite a good price ($70 CAD per night).
The hotel Location was great and very close to the Tianmen mountain ticket office. The room was big, clean and modern.
They told us that we had to pay a 3% fee if paying with Visa card kind of forcing us to pay with Alipay.
The staff did not speak English.

La ubicación es excelente si vas a entrar por la Línea A a Tianmen mountain. La habitación era muy cómoda, la limpieza estuvo bien, la atención del personal fue muy amable, ya que nos ayudó a reservar el Didi para el día siguiente porque no podíamos encontrar la dirección en chino de nuestro próximo hotel.
Que tiene otro nombre... alla se llama Marco Polo, no podíamos estar seguros que era el hotel de nuestra reserva. No sé si será un problema de traducción.
La ubicación es excelente y la habitación muy limpia. Super recomendable

Our room stank of cigarette smoke. The toilet had a mind of its own and kept opening and closing all night. Shower only stayed hot long enough for one of us to shower but not both. Very difficult to find with Didi taxi. Even showing them the name in Chinese didn’t help. In fact the name on the building is different from the name on booking.com

Good location for the Tianmen Mountain Cablecar. Clean, spacious. Breakfast was purchased separately but was tasty. Free laundry. Helpful staff.
Confusing system with two hotels operating in the same building with some floors for one hotel and other floors for another.
La habitación estaba bastante amplia y limpia. Por el precio me pareció bastante correcta.
Solo la habitación esta bien, porque luego el ascensor, la recepción todo es bastante desordenado y viejo. Ademas, que es un edificio que se comparte como entre 4 hoteles diferentes. El nombre del hotel que aparece en Booking no es el correcto!!! Hay que buscarlo como hotel Jinjiang Metropolis en Amap.

The location was excellent, situated opposite many good restaurants and conveniently close to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, making for a comfortable stay overall.
The fridge in the room was extremely noisy—so much so that I couldn’t sleep at all during the night. I asked a staff member to unplug it, as I couldn’t access the plug behind the desk myself, but unfortunately no action was taken. This lack of sleep significantly affected my experience in Zhangjiajie, especially given the physically demanding days spent exploring the scenic areas.
Additionally, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, housekeeping still entered the room. While I’m sure this was unintentional and done with good intentions, it still felt like a violation of my privacy.
Finally, although the room was generally clean, there was a large white stain on the sofa that was quite noticeable and unpleasant upon entering the room.
