Our room stank of cigarette smoke. The toilet had a mind of its own and kept opening and closing all night. Shower only stayed hot long enough for one of us to shower but not both. Very difficult to find with Didi taxi. Even showing them the name in Chinese didn’t help. In fact the name on the building is different from the name on booking.com

Good location for the Tianmen Mountain Cablecar. Clean, spacious. Breakfast was purchased separately but was tasty. Free laundry. Helpful staff.
Confusing system with two hotels operating in the same building with some floors for one hotel and other floors for another.
La habitación estaba bastante amplia y limpia. Por el precio me pareció bastante correcta.
Solo la habitación esta bien, porque luego el ascensor, la recepción todo es bastante desordenado y viejo. Ademas, que es un edificio que se comparte como entre 4 hoteles diferentes. El nombre del hotel que aparece en Booking no es el correcto!!! Hay que buscarlo como hotel Jinjiang Metropolis en Amap.

Baño completo y automático
The location was excellent, situated opposite many good restaurants and conveniently close to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, making for a comfortable stay overall.
The fridge in the room was extremely noisy—so much so that I couldn’t sleep at all during the night. I asked a staff member to unplug it, as I couldn’t access the plug behind the desk myself, but unfortunately no action was taken. This lack of sleep significantly affected my experience in Zhangjiajie, especially given the physically demanding days spent exploring the scenic areas.
Additionally, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, housekeeping still entered the room. While I’m sure this was unintentional and done with good intentions, it still felt like a violation of my privacy.
Finally, although the room was generally clean, there was a large white stain on the sofa that was quite noticeable and unpleasant upon entering the room.

в этом здании как минимум три отеля, надо найти свой :)) Отель не плохой, комнаты большие, кровать удобная, местоположение удобное, прям рядом канатная дорога до Тянмень и оттуда также уходят автобусы. То есть какой бы вид маршрута до горы вы ни выбрали, локация удобная. Но если хотите поехать в центр и погулять по городу, то придется ехать на такси.
До ЖД станции надо ехать на такси, находится на другом конце города

It was amazing. Just at our arrival they offered to us an upgrade with no costs. They gave us a lot of information about places and activities in Zhangjijie. The room had all the amenities and was huge and modern. Additionally I asked for laundry and they did it for me in less than 3 hours for free. To conclude we asked the last day before our stay at 22:00 if we can stay 1 more day in the same room and they accept and was just a quick payment for the extra night, super easy to do the change. We really appreciate the work and hospitality we received from the staff. Thank you so much and great job! :)
