Good Stay at Hero Hotel
Pros:

I liked the location near to the entrance for Tianmen Mountain and it is easy to get there. They help me with the instructions to go to the Park. The room was clean and the staff was kind.

Muy bueno!
Pros:

Es muy buena la ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la estación del teleférico para subir a la Montaña de Tianmen. En la zona hay bastante oferta gastronómica y desde el hotel nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi para ir a la estación de tren por la mañana temprano.

Very well located to go to Tianmen Mountain.
Pros:

It is a hotel located beside another one. They were refurbishing it so the palier were not finished. They are changing the rooms but, for example, the sofa in one of the rooms had a stain. Breakfast was ok, mostly chinese, very noisy.

the location is perfect for the Tianmen Mountain park visit (but 45min drive from Zhangjiajie national park), 3min walk away from the cable car.
We liked our room, it was spacious, renovated and had a great shower.

Cons:

It might be tricky to find the place, as it has a different name in amap app and in didi, but it's next door to Atour hotel, so you can just used that in the apps.
Breakfast was fine, but the coffee situation was not good. If you are not a big breakfast person, I would recommend to go to the coffee place next to the Tianmen cable car station (Luckin coffee and get a nice latte there).

Pros:

Location is top notch! Near Tianmenshan CableWay. Super convenient 5-7minute walk. Restaurants and eating places all around the hotel. Supermarket really close by. Staff are very attentive and responsive. Customer service is excellent.

Cons:

It is in the same building as other hotels and private residences. There was renovation going on one night but staff responded straightaway with a room relocation so excellent service recovery

Pros:

Me gustó todo, el Hotel perfecto, la ciudad es bonita pero El parque Nacional, la Montaña de Tiananmen, el Grand Canyon y la cueva de Huanglong son maravillas del mundo.

Great location, ask for the address before coming.
Pros:

Location, price.

Cons:

With the provided address, it was difficult to find, even for our drivers, and the reservation didn't have a contact number for them to call. All tv stations were in Chinese, so wind down at night was different (we just played cards).
