Excellent stay - Clean and great value for money
Pros:

Everything was new, nicely decorated and clean. Staff also helpful and courteous. Location is great with Happy mart downstairs (used to be a cafe but is no longer there) and lots of restaurants and cafes opposite.
We requested a baby cot and this was provided to us. The place was spotless and I was very happy staying here with my 4 month old. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and air con is very powerful. All in all very good value for money, Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay here again!

Nice room but should have better breakfast
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance to malls and also to seaside restaurants.

Cons:

No buffet breakfast and the set breakfast is mainly unhealthy food, need to offer choices to guests even though its not buffet.

Excellent Accommodation in a Beautiful Location
Pros:

This is a wonderful accommodation. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-kept. The wifi was excellent, as were the A/C and kitchen appliances. The pool area is very nice, though it doesn’t get much direct sunlight. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location served my needs well. I had a longer-term stay, so the proximity to grocery stores and the businesses in Straights Quay was ideal. To get to places like Old Town or Batu Ferringhi you need to hail a Grab, but these are quite inexpensive, so that’s not a problem.

All-in-all, a great place to live for an extended period of time.

Cons:

A toaster would have been nice. Aside from that all is excellent.

Best Value, Great location, Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Serena and her staff were wonderful. From day one they looked after me. A minor issue with losing something in my grab ride and they helped me out. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the people made it greater.

Enjoy the swimming pool and the gym. Convenience store right downstairs open 24 hours.

Location was good right near food court, shopping mall, another hawker food evening market, another supermarket just a ten minute ride into town.

Pros:

位置：挺方便的，门口就有公交车，四十分钟左右可以到乔治城
卫生：也不错，看着都挺干净的
周边：吃的也不少，走不到十分钟有个很大的莲花超市，另外一个方向也有银行方便取钱，银行旁边就有一个711，可以把钱换零
其他：房间虽然没有配水，但是走廊有个大水壶，可以随时接，且有24小时前台，比较方便

Cons:

晚上有些噪音，不太清楚是哪里的，没有那么安静，可以自己带耳塞
