Nice to stay.

Its not that I didnt like , but would like to suggest if per room get 2 access card , since the electric use the card to on . If one had to go out , one will want to get rest . The one that want to rest need to get ready fr lift access :((( since access card only get for 1 :(((

Pros:

Spacious room & small kiosk beside hotel. Easier to buy anything. Room are clean & anything they provide eventho tupperware, pan. Recommend to stay again.

Restful break… with loads of food!
Pros:

A clean, quiet and safe place. The place itself was well kept. All in working order. A dryer would have been nice. Actually taken aback by the bento breakfast. If it was clearly specified in the booking app, I wouldn’t have chosen the room. Family asked me to change from an apartment to a hotel because they missed buffet breakfasts at hotels. If I were to consider the meals given, I wouldn’t rate the place so high. So if you have expectations or a nice breakfast, skip this hotel.

The bento breakfast which were painfully pitiful!

Un bel espace propre, confortable et agréable
Pros:

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour son espace et ses commodités. Il y a une épicerie à 10 minutes de marche et plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits aux citadines et le personnel a été très sympathique. Nous avons pu utiliser des grab pour aller à George town, Penang Hill et botanic garden. Le logement est propre et lumineux. Nous le recommandons à tous.

Cons:

Le déjeuner de style bento était moins à notre goût, mais ça c’est notre affaire! Il y avait mi-goreng avec du seafood à l’intérieur, omelette ou petit pain style pizza.
La piscine est très fraîche, même nos enfants qui adorent se baigner n’avaient pas tant envie d’y aller car ils avaient froid.
Nous étions 4 et il y avait seulement 3 chaises pour la table de cuisine.

Pros:

Perfect location for us, close to great food courts and nature walks like Penang and freedom hill, while close enough to Georgetown. Nice room with very comfortable beds and other modern facilities. Very clean.

Cons:

Sometimes no hot water, a little bit of street noise (but it didn't bother us much)
