The lobby and our room were nice and clean but the carpeting in the hallways leading to our room was horribly stained and very smelly.
The television never worked the entire 4 days we were there. The various staff members came up 3 separate times to fix it but never did.
We were promised a bottle of wine but we received a half bottle of sparkling juice (0% wine).
There was very loud construction taking place all day, every day we were there. It was hard to relax. We were not informed that there would be such disruptive noises.
But, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything except salt and pepper. The neighborhood was great. Lots of dining, shopping and transportation options and overall just a lovely neighborhood.
Para um aparthotel está ótimo, mas longe de ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Ficamos 4 dias sem limpeza, toalhas novas, ajuda para entrar na porta, enfim - achei uma enganação o anúncio.

Clean room, good value
Great location for the hotel. However it was not truly a hotel which we didn’t know prior to booking. We had to pay extra to change our towels and bedsheets. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel that they portray themselves as. More like a 4 star if that. The beds were amazing though. Bedding was great. Towels and rooms were very clean.
De verdad el departamento impecable, súper bien equipada la mini cocina , súper moderno . El personal hace lo imposible por hacer tu estancia increíble. A una cuadra de la ópera y de Printemps y Lafayette. La ubicación es inmejorable . De verdad de 5 estrellas !!

Internet access and safety
Spacious and very nice air conditioning, great shower, everything is clean and very new. Bed is comfortable, everything is good and just fit.
The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great area which is within walking distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and shopping in the Champs de Elysses area.
Overall a great option for our large family.
This is my second time to stay at this hotel. It’s located in very convenient place, hotel stuff is very kind, it’s very clean, everything is perfect. I will come back again.

Very small one bedroom for a family of three. There’s no towel racks to hang towels after you shower so I had to request a balcony dryer but we had rain so it was pointless. If it was a 5 star then why are we require to take trash. Gym is sufficient-one treadmill, which felt like it was going to break if I was running fast. If you request cleaning then it’s an extra cost plus if you switch your towels. I rather be at one of those big chain 5 star hotels to get the 5 star service im paying for.
the rooms are clean but the bathrooms are extremely small. one shower and you flood the bathroom. The property hallways have huge gross stains and constantly smell bad all day.
We loved our stay here. It was in a great location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine was a nice welcome gift. The check in instructions were very clear and made checking in very stress free ( especially as we were landing late in the night).
