Would not consider this location again.
Pros:

the location is difficult to get to and not a great neighborhood. The owner cancelled our reservation the evening we arrived telling us that they had double booked the room. We had to find an alternative on our own at 6:00 pm that evening. The owner then message us asking for our bank account so they could 'refund' our money. We ended up getting a refund through Booking.com as it seemed safer.

Excellent place. Highly recommended
Pros:

Beautiful house, lovely furnishings. Clean, comfortable room. The owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions. Garden area was pretty and relaxing Hot water for showers, huge TV with Xbox, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Everything needed and as advertised., Convenience store next door.

Cons:

Nothing really. It's a little secluded but that isn't a bad thing.
