Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter le centre historique de Grenade, tout est accessible à pied.
La chambre était très propre, confortable et très bien décoré au goût de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix et toujours bien réapprovisionné.
L’acceuil était très agréable et chaleureux, mention spéciale à Caterina (désolé si je me trompe dans l'orthographe) pour sa gentillesse et son aide qui a bonifié notre séjour.

siamo usciti alle 8 e quando siamo tornati alle 14 la stanza non era stata pulita,la porta della camera si apriva con difficoltà nonostante lo staff avesse controllato che funzionasse prima di darci la chiave,l'acqua della doccia per diventare calda bisognava aspettare e girare avanti e inditro la manopola,direi che lo spreco d'acqua interessa poco...ci abbiamo passato due notti ed eravamo alla fine della vacanza in una città splendida e non mi andava di fare polemica, ma per 346€ due notti per una camera budget mi sembra un po' eccessivo...mi aspettavo di meglio visto i punteggi alti su booking e le poche recensioni negative che a quanto pare sono tutte abbastanza veritiere...

Great location. Staff very friendly. Very clean.

Room was noisy due to being above the street and very bright it needed shutters on windows which could also help with noise. All the photos have bathrobes in suggesting they are complimentary but there were none provided.
