We were really impressed with how efficient the set up and technology were. Coming from Australia, we haven't experienced a check-in like this. Everything was clear and instructions were easy to follow. We also were impressed that our luggage was waiting for us in the closet when arrived (luggage service in Japan is fantastic for travellers!).
We liked how it was close to the train station but away from the main night life district.
We loved how you could store luggage on-site prior and post checkout, we used this for both occasions.
I wish they had tea - not just coffee, but that is a small suggestion.
Apartment had everything and more, location was very close to the station and a short walk to the main Shinjuku area. Highly recommend staying here
There’s nothing i would change here
Oda geniş, tesis merkezi, hemen altında market onun yanında yemek dükkanı.Her yere yürüme mesafesinde şikayet edecek hiçbir şey yoktu
Sanırım hiç bir şey
Great location. Very clean rooms. Really nice washroom that will dry you clothes.
The beds were a bit hard.
Arrivée et départ autonome
Bien placé et bien équipé
Le lit est confortable mais la 3 eme personne est dans un canapé dépliant une place, ok pour un enfant mais juste pour un adulte
Clean, comfort, spacious and location. Stayed here with my wife for 13 days on the 11th floor.
We never felt dirty when using their appliances and utilities. I drank their tap water from the kitchen sink a lot everyday and would refill up my large water bottle that I bought at Maruetsu down the street. So far, I am still fine. I loved the bed even though my wife was only "okay" with it. The comforter is nice, and I found my new favourite pillow. Everything is pretty much from IKEA, so if you have IKEA stuff, you'll recognize them. The shower pressure was perfect and would heat up pretty quick. The toilet was nice with an easy to use bidet.
Comfort mattered to me the most. When looking through other places in the area, my worst fear would be stuck in a small room with little to no air flow. I have asthma and eczema, so traveling overseas near the spring for my first time was my worst nightmare. I am happy that the heater and AC worked perfectly, and you can open the balcony door and get fresh air when needed. It was cold most of the time we were there, so we didn't open it up that often.
It was spacious in comparison to every other hotel in the area. I was working little bit as a digital nomad while staying here and didn't have much issues. They provided a mobile desk that can be used for people like me. It was a little lop sided and slightly leaned downwards to the right, but it wasn't a big issue to me. It was also height adjustable. You can easily fit 2 large and 2 small luggage in the closet. You can easily open 2 large luggage in the kitchen with no problem. We didn't have that much stuff, so this wasn't going to be an issue. The ceilings are kind of low.
Location is perfect as it is right next to the Higashi-Shinjuku station which have direct lines to Ueno and Shibuya. So we did not need to go to Shinjuku station often. It is also less crowded. Very first time Japan traveler friendly.
The following things I mention are not deal breakers. They are very minor.
If you wear new socks, the floors are so clean that you slide everywhere. Even with the slippers provided, it kind of does not help. I was going to buy some cheap crocs, but I did not want to damage their floors. I would've liked maybe a rug or something to help with movement, but also dampening the sound. I was afraid to accidentally bother my downstairs neighbors when moving.
The sirens can be a little annoying if you are not used to it. But this is near a hospital and in the city, so I learned overtime that if your city does not have sirens going off, maybe it is not a fun city! Anyways, there are sirens going in and out all throughout the day and night, and they provide ear plugs if needed. Fortunately I did not need them and slept like a rock every night. But I can see that being an issue for light sleepers.
Small sink. It was kind of hard to use, so we would accidentally splash water out when washing dishes. We learned we had to really tone down our usual style of washing dishes. There's also an outlet within a foot from the sink, so we were afraid to create an accident. They provide a water dripping tray to dry the dishes that does help with organization.
The kitchen chairs are a little noisy when moving them. This is very minor because we knew we could just get chair socks at Daiso which is what we did. It is super cheap and was worth getting. I hope maybe in the future the hotel can provide them or maybe figure out some solution to make the chairs less noisy.
Being at the 11th floor, we found out we were below their largest room AKA the deluxe room. This will most likely be occupied by a family with kids running around, and you will hear them. I can see some people not liking it, but I thought it was kind of cute. It was kind of nice knowing there were people here because for a week, it was pretty much silent.
Location was good
It was a bit smaller than expected
Self check in e check out facili e veloci.
Camera pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario (lavatrice compresa)
Consigliatissimo
The room is very spacious, for normal japan room size standards and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Check in and out was seamless. I loved that the accomodation had the option to allow us to store our luggage, before and after check in/out.
Had everything we needed.
L emplacement était super ainsi que l équipement de l appartement.
Rien ne manquait.
Très calme pas de bruit la nuit.
Check in et check out très simples.
Superbe séjour
Oreillers vraiment trop durs à mon goût
