L'emplacement, les équipements quasi neuf et les personnels sont réactifs tres gentils et disponibles pour rendre votre séjour meilleur, nous avions un petit soucis dans la chambre et ça était réglér rapidement

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Was a good value for a location proximate to downtown. We were able to walk all directions to food and amenities.

Ubicación. Puedes ir andando a Kabukicho y tiene metro casi en la puerta un metro y debajo un combini. El precio es muy ajustado porque no tiene empleados, es todo automático. Tienes nevera, lavadora y opciones de secador de ropa en la propia habitación

Overall, I had a very good experience here. If you can find a good rate, I definitely think it’s worth staying.

The biggest advantage is the room size. Compared with most hotel rooms in Japan, which tend to be quite small, this place feels spacious. We stayed with three people, and everyone had their own bed. I actually think you could fit up to five people if needed.

The only downside is that two of the beds are sofa beds. They’re a bit firmer than a regular mattress, so they’re not quite as comfortable for sleeping. Aside from that, I really have no complaints.

The check-in and check-out process is straightforward and intuitive, especially if you’re comfortable with technology. This isn’t a traditional hotel with staff at the front desk 24/7. During busy hours, there are people available to help, but otherwise everything is self-service. Personally, I actually prefer this approach.

I’d rather pay for what matters most to me—a clean, spacious room in a great location—instead of paying extra for amenities like a swimming pool or gym that I probably wouldn’t use anyway. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cuelgas la ropa en perchas en el baño y en 6 horas secas y limpias. Muy bien, la verdad. Las instalaciones muy limpias y el hotel muy céntrico

Excellent location, a couple of minutes from a bus and a subway station, within walking distance to Shinjuku, but in a quiet area. The room was very spacious, with three sinks, a big closet, and good kitchen. There's no room service at all.

We loved our stay at Flower Terrace for our family of 4. The location was perfect for exploring Shinjuku, train line and also nearby familymart and 7eleven. The room was clean, comfortable and the amenities were excellent including washing machine and drying room. Would definitely recommend this place.

Apesar de ser pequeno o quarto, como ele é todo planejado, conseguiram usar muito bem todos os espaços para dar conforto aos hospedes. Amamos a praticidade do hotel, tudo funciona bem. Recomendo e voltaria numa próxima viagem.
