Our stay at Shinjuku Flower Terrace was truly unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth and politeness that we immediately felt at home. Every interaction was handled with kindness, patience, and sincere care, which made our trip even more special.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly spacious. It can sometimes be challenging to find accommodations in Tokyo that comfortably fit a group, but our room easily accommodated four adults without ever feeling cramped. There was plenty of space for our luggage, and we appreciated how thoughtfully everything was arranged to maximize comfort and functionality.

One moment that really stood out to us was when our washing machine wasn’t working. The staff were incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to pay for the inconvenience, which we politely declined. Even so, they still went out of their way to show their care by gifting us heat patches along with a heartfelt handwritten note. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us — it truly reflected their dedication to hospitality and the genuine kindness behind everything they do.

Fairly convenient and the main bed was comfy (sofa bed not so much)
