Fijn appartement op een gunstige plek
Pros:

Uitstekende plek vlakbij metro, winkels en horeca maar toch op een rustige plek in tokio. Check-in erg eenvoudig , toegang via een code.

Cons:

Met 4 personen wat weinig ruimte maar was zeker wel goed te doen voor een paar nachten.

They even offered a complimentary Cleaning in the room because we stayed for six nights,the best Apartment hotel we’ve had in Japan and in fantastic location two minutes walk from the Metro

O zi minunata in tokyo
Pros:

Un apartament foarte curat, bine proportionat , 4 persoane au suficient loc .
Este foarte aproape de statia de metrou.
Am stat o singura noapte dar se poate sta o perioada mai mare , exista toate dotarile necesare .

Cons:

Nu au existat aspecte negative , mai ales la un sejur asa de scurt

Pros:

Perfekte Lage um von dort Tokio und Umgebung zu erkunden. U-Bahnstation Odeon Linie fast vor der Haustür (weniger als 100m) sowie ca. 15 min Fussweg zur Shinjuku Railway Station.
Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mit sehr schöner Umgebung, viel Grün, schöne Plätze und ansprechende Architektur
man ist dennoch in wenigen Minuten im bunten Leben von Shinjuku.
Das Appartment bietet jalles was man als Reisender benötigt.
Das Gepäck kann am Ankunftstag und Abreisetag auf einfache Weise sicher untergestellt werden
Auch der Yamote Versandservice kann bequem genutzt werden
Ein- und Aus-checken problemlos per Tablet und Code

We had a very positive experience, and it’s a great option for a family.
Pros:

The location was excellent. There was a Family Mart right next door, and we were about half a block away from a subway station and a lovely underground mall area with a variety of restaurants. Access to the building and our apartment was secure and straightforward. There was an umbrella rack downstairs where we could (and did) borrow an umbrella or two when it was rainy. The main bed in our room was the most comfortable of all the beds I used during our two weeks traveling around Korea and Japan. The room size was larger than what is typical in Japan, from what I can tell. Everything was clean and functional. We made use of the washing machine, and the shower room also functions as a drying room for laundry, which was convenient.

Cons:

My daughter used the single sofa bed and said it wasn’t comfortable, though my son said the double sofa bed was fine. When we had both sofas converted to beds, the room was pretty crowded. The TV was kind of in the way. We heard emergency sirens constantly, like every five to ten minutes all day long.

Spacious and comfy
Pros:

Spacious apartment, compared to a few hotels we stayed at which barely had room for luggage. This was a great finish to our 2 weekly trip, giving us room to pack our bags and stretch out a bit before the flight home. The toilet room is separate than shower room and bathroom sink room. Large closet to store items. Nice sink/kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and hot water boiler. Very helpful labels on all the light switches, washer functions, and drying mechanism in the shower for clothes. Comfy bed and larger pillows than other hotels. Would definitely stay here again, bit for longer next time! I bit pricy due to spring cherry blossom season, but expected I guess.
