Für Kurztrip übers Wochenende o.k.!
Pros:

Die Lage war o.k. insgesamt ruhig gelegen und gut erreichbar. Zum Kanal und zur Innenstadt ist es ein Stück Weg, aber o.k. Die Ausstattung ist größtenteils modern, etwas störend sind wenige Möbel (z.B. Nachtschränkchen) aus älteren Beständen. Das Bad ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Das Bad entspricht nicht dem neuesten Standard daher auch die Bewertung zum Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gebäude insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

Sauberes Apartment-Hotel mit geräumigen Einzelzimmern in ruhiger Lage

Cons:

Ein einigen Zimmern konnten kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen werden für die vollen 10 Punkte, die aber nicht dramatisch sind.
