Nos gustó todo, la ubicación es excelente, la habitación grande y el baño muy limpio. Estábamos hospedados en el anexo de la Via del Sudario, pero eso ya lo sabíamos de antemano y fue genial. No cogimos desayuno porque nos pareció caro y nosotros ya comemos poco por la mañana y teniamos excelentes cafeterías a escasos minutos.
El hotel está excelentemente bien situado, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares turísticos, pero además hay múltiples líneas de bus justo delante, aparte de parada de taxis también a un minuto, por si alguien lo necesita. Nosotros para ir desde y hasta el aeropuerto así lo hicimos.
Las opciones para comer y beber también son infinitas. Pantheon y Piazza Navona a 5/7 minutos. Barrio judío lo mismo. Trastevere y Fontana de Trevi a 15 minutos.
Aunque no es barato, lo recomiendo totalmente, y cuando vuelva a Roma voy a repetir, ha colmado todas nuestras expectativas.

The lift to our room stopped working twice, it was stuck on certain floors and didn’t move.
We just took the stairs instead which is fine, but I’d just ran a marathon so wasn’t ideal lol!
We booked a 7 night stay in the Annex at the Argentina Residenza Style Hotel (Rome) and what a scandalous and shameful experience we had. Be very careful as there is a very heavy misrepresentation of the Annex on all online listings as they only depict and show the reality of the main hotel, the Annex is situated in a separate building in a side street 10 minutes walk from the main hotel, the rooms are located on a single floor in a run down block of flats used clearly for residential and business use, it has no resemblance nor ambience to the main hotel, rooms open directly onto a small communal space, there is no on site concierge available. The room allocated to us was beyond belief it was absolutely filthy, the bed headboard was thick with dirt and dust, the toilet had human waste in the pan, blood on the bathroom wall to name but a few, this room had not been cleaned for days if not weeks. What we were subjected to was not a true and accurate representation of what we had booked, the hotel in this instance had breached their obligation and legal standards in hygiene and cleanliness they failed to provide the consumer with a safe, secure, clean and comfy room surely breach of consumer contract.
They offered no mitigation and was unable to offer an immediate resolution by way of a room change.
No evidence could be provided by them in their defence to any of our concerns and chose only to ignore our questions. Be extremely cautious this hotel has a non refundable policy, they take your money then avoid any progress in negotiations by falling silent.
Beware if booking the annexe of this hotel, as it is not A separate building as depicted but IN a separate building that is a residential/business block of flats and the hotel rooms are one floor. The communal entrance is grubby, run-down and smells. The entrance door to the hotel floor is filthy and had a hole in it, this annexe does not have the ambience and appearance of the main hotel and does not have on-site concierge support. Our allocated room was filthy, had not been deep-cleaned and breached the necessary requirements, the room had clearly just been vacated, the toilet and shower showed signs of recent use, there was a blood stain on the bathroom wall and the headboard had a very thick layer of dirt and dust. This hotel has a non-refund policy and will just ignore your messages and end communication with you. The pictures are a complete misrepresentation.

Hotel molto accogliente, confortevole e curato. Letto comodo, bagno pulito, doccia con cromoterapia. Lo staff eccellente: sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione perfetta vicinissima al centro. Mi sono trovata molto bene e tornerei molto volentieri.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement.
