Very good place, will recommend to all ladies
Pros:

Location is great. it's in the south part of Gion.

Two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

The place is neat, room is spacious. offers free breakfast even though I don't have time to eat that. And all.day beverage..and some cleaning and skin care kit.

Cons:

Twenty minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Takes some time.

The communication is very delayed.

The National museum is not open recently, just incase you book this place to have easier access to TNM.

Btw, it is a co-share place with a nursing care. Doesnt bother each other at all.

Pros:

The team is great and speak a perfect English.
Rooms are cute, clean, spacious (for Japan) and comfortable.
Breakfast was quite simple, it does the job for me and I was happy to have it.
Location is for sure outside of commercial or touristic area but I did not mind it. I walked from Gion by night; it took me 20min. Otherwise there are many buses just 2 min away.

赤ちゃんと安心の旅
Pros:

赤ちゃん連れに優しかった。
生後8カ月の子と初めての旅行だったが、畳エリアも3畳ほどあって、ハイハイさせることができた。
ベビーベッドの貸し出しもあり助かった。
スタッフさんたちも子どもに対してフレンドリーで良かった

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et ses équipements. Le calme malgré les travaux extérieurs, les menuiseries ne laissaient rentrer aucun sons ! Le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel qui parle très bien anglais.

Cons:

L'emplacement qui est un peu loin des lieux touristiques (environ 30min de marches ou via un bus mais souvent bondé de monde)

Exclente estadia!
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion, el desayuno es bueno. La habitacion es mas amplia de lo habitual en Japon, luminosa y con muchas amenidades. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Lo volveria a elegir.
