Nice small, quiet and friendly hotel for a perfect stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

We liked the typical decoration, the friendliness of the staff and the location. The neighbourhood was quiet and centrally located. The staff was very helpful with restaurant reservations and laundry.

Cons:

It was not easy to find the first time we arrived in Kyoto. The hotel is also a nursery, which we did not realise when we first booked it online. Still, it was extremely quiet. The view from the room was not exceptional, but you are well located nonetheless.

Pros:

Newly purposed-built hotel with excellent attention to detail and tasteful Kyoto decor touches. Luxuriously comfortable.

Cons:

There is no parking on site, but a few paid parkings around the property.

I booked in beautiful modern , very clean large room with queen & double bed. Very comfortable room.
Pros:

Simple western style breakfast that they cook up for you. Help your self to 2 choice cereals , some fruit, yoghurt and tea/coffee.
