Not bad at all. You get what you pay for. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recomment for a night.
Pros:

Working AC, clean enough, comfortable bed, not too loud, good security for the bikes

Cons:

no hot water for showers which made it quite hard to clean up properly after a big hike!
