機会があれば泊まりたい
Pros:

海外から到着が遅くなったけどスタッフ皆さんが親切に対応してくれたし、荷物も多かったけど、一緒に運んでくれてとても助かった。
部屋も広くて綺麗で毎日新幹線が見れるのと、綺麗な富士山が見れて良かった。
キッチン道具もいっぱいあるしご飯も作れる環境でよかったし、部屋の広さも申し分なかった。
ベットもふかふかだった。

Cons:

子供達がいるのでバスタオルを毎日交換したくて、ボックスに入れても交換してくれなかったり、理念の補充がすごくできてなかった。
バケーションの場合には毎日理念の交換はない印象だった。
でも、小さい子供がいるとお風呂に何回か入ることもあるし、汚れてしまうこともあるので使い終わったリネンのボックスに入れたならしっかり補充して欲しかった。毎回、フロントに電話して持って来てもらうのが億劫だし、最後は自分で洗濯してた、

ただ、洗濯機も途中で壊れて確認をしてもらったりバケーションホテルとしてはイマイチかもしれない

Great location, view of Fujisan from your room!
Pros:

Great location, only a short walk from Mishima station. View of Fujisan from your room!
There are several restaurants, cafes, convenient stores around the hotel which make it very conveneint in case you want to cook in the room. Indoor and outdoor onsen were also nice.

Pros:

お風呂が眺めもよく、綺麗で、サウナまであってよかった、時間指定だったが風呂上がりの飲み物があってとても嬉しかった

Pros:

三島駅の24時間物語が、見られて良かったです。
また窓がデカくて素晴らしい眺めが良かったです。部屋も最高のおもてなしです。

Cons:

男子大風呂大浴場では、タオルが、用意されてなかった。コーヒーなどのボットセットが、用意されてなかった。

Great hotel, great location, excellent staff.
Pros:

Location is great, right beside Mishima station. Hotel was very nice and staff was excellent.

Cons:

Parking is very limited for the size of the hotel and quite expensive if you stay multiple nights. Directions to parking are difficult to understand.

Exceptional
Pros:

Modern hotel, big comfortable apartment for 4 with fantastic view of Mt Fuji! Kitchenett included. Places to eat in the same building (we liked Tully's Coffee and a Japanese restaurant there). Location great, in front of Mishima train station. Coming from Kyoto, take the South Exit to the hotel, goes underground, walking distance, few minutes. Also Lawson and Family Mart nearby for groceries.
Loved the Onsen facilities on the 14th floor, facing Mt Fuji :D

Cons:

Staff's English language was too basic, difficult to understand each other. But they were polite and nice, no complaints!
