Very comfortable
Pros:

Apartment was very clean, close to everything

Cons:

It wasva bit noisy from other guests, and the security lights although good to have a bit intrusive.

Ideal for when staying within the Manuka area

Pros:

I've stayed here a couple of times whilst in Ngunnawal and it's really nice.

The apartments are very well appointed, I think they all have full kitchens and washing/drying machines inside the apartment.

The pool is lovely and I've always found the staff really lovely and also compassionate (I normally have to come down to take care of my aging parents, and my dad has Alzheimer's, they are really kind and have been generous in their flexibility wherever they can, as things often change suddenly with illness and aging members of family)

Cons:

Nothing I don't like about the apartments themselves, but sometimes there is a bit of road noise depending where you are on the block. And this last time, I had a drunk and aggressive guy outside my window in the early hours of the morning who kept me up and was shouting and throwing things... But I don't think he was staying there, and had probably just been out drinking in Manuka and walking home causing trouble.

Excellent serviced apartment in a great location.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were onto it asap. Great service! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, clean, a home away from home. The location was superb. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to attractions. We'd stay here again for sure.

Nothing. Couldn't fault a thing.

Overall we were very impressed, apart from the two comments above.
Pros:

Well presented, clean, room was easily accessible from car parking/reception area. Secure parking. Quiet surrounds.

Cons:

The queen bed was not the most comfortable, as we could feel every spring in the mattress. Consequently did not have a restful night's sleep.
Found that the shower/toilet configuration was not all that conducive to keeping the total bathroom/shower as dry as it could be. A more substantial barrier between shower and toilet would achieve that, instead of the present plastic shower curtain.

Comfortable, spacious. Good amenities Convenient location. Pool access.

Cons:

Car parking very limited. Outside car spaces should be for larger, high cars that have difficulty getting into the underground car park. Some cars were parked with little consideration for others trying to squeeze in to a spot.

Would love to see king size beds replace the queen size

Pros:

comfy bed, all light bulbs worked, heating was excellent and a hot shower: very good serviced apartment at a great price.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff in a good location
Pros:

Nice sized apartment with good facilities - able to cook and do washing was helpful. Great location - walking distance to 2 different shops, as well as pubs and restaurants. Close to bus stops to get around easily too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
