Great location
Pros:

The reception staff were very kind and helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Great location right across from Manuka Oval, close to restaurants and cafes

The unit was in need of a refurbishment, cracked basin in bathroom, ancient stove, cracked tiles in kitchen

Cons:

The room had that odour that comes out after a room has been locked out for a long time. They shd consider dropping fresheners.
I was checking in on a holiday and I did not receive a pin code for the safe to access my keys. We had to make multiple phone calls with others that were waiting to check in

Pros:

I liked that when I asked to be moved due to a family member with mobility issues being unable to access our third floor room they were able to move us to a ground floor room straight away.
