Pros:

I liked that when I asked to be moved due to a family member with mobility issues being unable to access our third floor room they were able to move us to a ground floor room straight away.

Great location .
Pros:

Joel made us very welcome and gave us great information. Unit was very comfortable and is in a great location close to Manaka and Kingston. It was very quiet and great to have air-conditioning in the heat. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is always handy to have. Nice little balcony to use if it had been cooler. The grounds are very well maintained. While we didn't use the pool it was well used by others and was well maintained.

Excellent value, comfortable apartments in great location
Pros:

Location, facilities and apartments were all very good. Our apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The only real problem was the noise from some of the other guests. It was aus day weekend and a pack of kids were running round screaming and swearing. Something should have been done about it. The apartment also didn't get serviced as promised.

Great location for a short stay if you're working in Griffith or close by

Cons:

My bed was quite lumpy and I did not seem to have chrome cast capability (unit 24). Splatter guards or cling wraps would be helpful

Can’t wait to visit again
Pros:

Our family loved our stay as it was extremely convenient to local shops and very quiet. The car park was very secured and included in the price. The pool area was beautiful and we hope to be back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy it more .

Cons:

It was clean but felt it could be a little cleaner, walls were a bit dirty .
