ولا شئ لاني مادخلت من الاساس مافي مصداقية بالوقت حاطين متى ممكن توصل وبالاخير ينقعونك انت واغراضك في اللوبي

اتصل علي الموظف من الصباح يأكد الحجز وأكدي على موعد الدخول ولما وصلت قالو انتظري يطلع الزبون من الشقة واجلس انتظر من الساعة 2 الى 4:30 ولا دخلت الشقة واغراضي مخلينها في اللوبي كل من مره شافهم كاني اطرهم شقة و مو حاجزة من وقت وكل شوي عذر مره الزبون ماطلع مرة ماعندنا شراشف للأسرة ننتظر تجي من المغسلة تخيلو ماسكه خط من الاحساء وبالاخير تجلس كل هالوقت تنتظر بغرفة وحده وانتو 9 اشخاص والله أسوء تجربة عشتها من خلال حجزي من البوكينج ولا راح ارجع اكرر الزيارة ابد

I recommend this hotel for an ecconkmc stay for family that doesn’t aim the see beach mainly

الموقع مقابل الراشد مول / وجود بقاله اسفل العماره / تعاون الموظفين / نظافه المسبح وبرودته ووجود مظله عليه / الافطار مرتب / وسع المكان

Ok for the apartment but not for the common facilities. It was not as nice as we thought in the end.

Mr Yusif at the reception was very good and attentive.

Cons:

There was no proper management of the swimming pool time. Interested guests should have been given time slots.
Some guests were not comfortable sharing with any other family. Other guests wanted their children to enjoy the pool only.
The pool is small. As such, time slots should have been provided to avoid discomfort, congestion, and embarrassment.
