Comfortable, clean and fantastic location
Pros:

Location and super friendly staff. Comfortable beds and reasonably quiet. Very clean. Great get away!

Cons:

Not much really. The room above us was noisy with kids stomping, which shock the projector screen, which would reset the TV each time - just a bit annoying if you were watching something.

Sweet spot that is good, clean and great location

Excellent Location & Cozy Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at VIENTO RedHouse Melaka! If you are looking for the ultimate spot for location and convenience, this is absolutely it. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away.

The hotel itself is incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable—it really felt like a relaxing oasis after a long day of exploring. A huge shoutout to the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.

Cons:

Parking & Shuttle Support: Because of the weekend road closures, getting from the parking lot to the hotel with heavy luggage can be a bit of a challenge. Having a dedicated security personnel at the parking lot and perhaps a shuttle tuk-tuk service to transport guests and their bags during closure hours would be an absolute game-changer.

Bicycle Rentals: It would be amazing if the hotel offered bicycles for rent, as Melaka is such a fun city to explore on two wheels.

The what’s app directions to find the car park (which are clearer and with pictures) would have been a lot more helpful if shared either us early on the morning of arrival and not at 1.30pm

Pros:

It was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is brand new and was still undergoing renovations (that didn't interrupt my stay at all) and a pool and restaurant is being installed. Will stay next time i visit very comfortable beds too.

Cons:

The room i was in had no windows facing outside, but it's window did face an empty effectively unused hall. The installed shade curtains were thick and let the natural light from the halls skylights into the room without visibly being able to see inside. There were also very good curtains for complete blocking out of light as well. This was a very minor issue that did not effect me in anyway and I would happily stay in the same room again.

An excellent stay.
Pros:

They've managed to combine beautifully the period structure of the house whilst offering up-to-date modern bedrooms giving it a pleasant aesthetic.
The location was excellent, a stone's throw away from the Stadhuys and the river.
Staff were helpful, efficient abd professional.
