A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Hotel and room was very clean and neat. Location was walking distance to many other places.

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor and there's too much noise when someone walks upstairs. The hotel has given ear plugs but this is not the way to address the problem.

Pros:

広い部屋で家族が快適に過ごせる。
観光地の中心地に近く便利。
プラナカンの文化を感じられる建築。
良いスタッフ。
常にエアコンの効いたレセプションスペース。

Cons:

2泊したが、ベッドリネンは交換されず裏返して整えただけ。
床の掃除は全くされていない。
室内にアリいる。
2階に宿泊していたが、朝8時ぐらいに3階？から大きな物音が続き睡眠を邪魔する。
エアコンの音が大きい。フィルターが清掃されていないのでは？

Centrally located cozy stay
Pros:

It’s quite central location and it’s walking distance to all the major sights to see in the city (not that the city is massive..) and my favorite part of the stay is that they had a projector in the room 🫶🏽 and it was sooooo nice watching a movie, falling asleep in bed after a long day!

Cons:

The noise insulation between the rooms are non existent and I woke up in middle of the night to these cackling, laughing noise and I had to call the front desk (it was 2am). The sheets and towels seemed bit old.. and the pillows are not the best. Since it’s in the heritage area, the cars can’t go to the front of the hotel and you do have to carry your luggage and walk a small distance (in the heat)

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly. The welcome drink is very nice. The location is good. The room is clean.
Thanks to the staff who man the VR room. She was very patient and tried her best to meet my child's request.

Cons:

One of the game in the VR room is faulty. Needs maintenance and we could not play.

Pros:

Un coup de coeur. Cet hôtel est tout ce que nous avons aimé cest propre atypique bien placé le personnel est au petit soin. Cest d'écouter avec goût dans un esprit de wellness. Nous avons adoré. Avec le toboggan dans la chambre en bonus... cetait la cerise sur le gâteau...
