Jestem zadowolony z obsługi , basenów , lokalizacji , przyjechałem odpocząć i się zrelaksować i OK.

Sniadania smaczne, dobrze przyrządzone i ładnie podane, jedzenie naprawdę smaczne , pierogi bdb,

Cons:

Odbiór TV. Drobnostki ale czasami przeszkadzają w życiu codziennym , zasięg WIFI w pokojach odległych, na korytarzach działa OK , natomiast krańcowe pokoje muszą się mocna nagimnastykować aby złapać zasięg.

Piękna lokalizacja, dobre rozmaite śniadanie, basen/spa bardzo zadbane,

Wynajęliśmy dwa pokoje i w jednym materace wygodne komfortowe, łóżka ciche a w drugim materace cienkie twarde a łóżka mocno skrzypiące.

Pobyt zaliczony do udanych. My korzystaliśmy z uroków narciarstwa i trekkingu. Bieszczady mają urok.
Pros:

Posiłki serwowane w restauracji bardzo dobre. Śniadania wliczone w cenę - szwedzki stół, niczego nie brakowało. Wieczorem zamawiane dania równie dobre.
W hotelu schludnie, czysto, bardzo ładny, zadbany basen, fajny wyrób saun. Co ważne w okresie zimowym bardzo dobrze działające ogrzewanie, ciepło w pokojach.

Cons:

Hotel choć bardzo ładny, widać już upływający czasu - brak możliwości otwierania jednego z okien - brak klamki, druga klamka kończyła swój żywot, ledwo działała, latająca na wszystkie strony. W mojej opinii, źle napisane regulaminy korzystania z sauny, przez co ciężko zwrócić komuś uwagę: Wszystko "zaleca się", przez co były osoby, które wchodziły w klapkach do sauny, siadały bezpośrednio na ławce strojem kąpielowym, zamiast na ręczniku. Dzieci w saunach, choć tutaj był regulamin, że wstęp od 16 roku życia. Ale nikt tego nie pilnował. Więc szkoda, bo bardzo fajna strefa, ale przez bolączki niewiedzy, braku świadomości było jak było.
