Great Hotel and very good location.
Pros:

I would like to thank all employees of the hotel because we really felt welcomed and we didn't miss anything. Any request was answered quickly.
The courtesy of the ladies during the breakfast is rare to find in other hotels.
Great vacation in a great hotel.

purtroppo la CENA avevo prentotato la mezza pensione la prime sera abbiamo mangiato veramente male che la seconda siamo usciti a mangiare e non ci hanno neanche scontato la cena non consumata.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. Die Küche ist nicht zu empfehlen, überteuert, nicht lecker.
Cons:

Zimmergröße entsprach nicht der Buchung - man hat uns ein zu kleines Zimmer zugeteilt.
Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, nur Kleiderhaken und Regale.
Alles viel zu eng.
Auch der "Balkon" war viel zu klein zur Nutzung und mit keiner schönen Aussicht.

Overall the stay was excellent
Pros:

Location, food, service, friendly helpful staff, great facilities for skiing on the day you check out

Cons:

Wellness spa was not segregated and over crowded. Mixed gender not pleasant as female. People constantly talking loudly so no peace and quiet. But the set up was really nice, just not the other guests
