Food and atmosphere and cleanliness
Not having exhaust fan in washroom
Location and rooms are very nice..
Should have more varieties in Jain food for lunch and dinner...
Right from entrance to drop in area , everything is good... They welcomed us like maharajas... Food is bit costly but it was tasty.... Swimming pool was awesome... Since it was my birthday they made all arrangements in my room, decorated it & provided Pineapple cake as well... Stay was memorable for us as we went there to celebrate my birthday...
Food was bit costly...Even morning breakfast was around 1200 + tax
One of the best properties have ever experienced, staff was so polite and well trained and helped us with every single thing we wanted. They greeted us with warm welcome eveni when we checked in late evening.
Special thanks to Santosh and Sai who were always available to help guide with anything and everything.
Rooms were hygiene and food was amazing
The Resort was great. A pure vegetarian resort the food was good and service impeccable. The chef was at all tables at all time taking in feedback on the food.
Indoor Gaming zones could have been air conditioned.
We were here with our 2 months newborn baby. And our stay was flawless
The resort works as an okayish getaway. The facilities are all there. The staff is polite and attentive though the response time is slow. Food is good and tasty though menu is limited and all veg.
As a location Hathgad doesnt have much to offer and beyond the resort nothing mucj to do. The property is small and village just abuts the property. We could here speaker playing from the village in the property. The resort is expensive given these limitations
best property , food was best overall enjoying our stay
nothing
The peace and cal and location
It was a very nice property with amazing location and a very hospitable staff. The food was also very nice. We spent a weekend here and it was extremely peace and quiet.
The location, room, staff, hospitality, everything was on point
Pleasant stay and ambience
Limited menu in food specially when meals are included.
The resort was very well located with wonderful views and a very peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms were well maintained and the restaurant especially served delicious food.
The facilities weren't always available and the hotel staff weren't always helpful. They advertised a bunch of activities across the property but upon enquiry, it turned out most of them were unavailable. The card machine on the front desk did not accept international cards (which the staff refused to acknowledge). The bar didn't serve most of drinks that were included on their menu. This is a great property but they can really elevate the guest experience if they fix these minor but annoying issues.
