Groot appartement op loopafstand van alles
Pros:

Super groot appartement voor ons gezin met twee dochters van 8 en 12. Twee slaapkamers met goede bedden en 2 badkamers. Gratis parkeren in de ondergrondse garage en op loopafstand van zowel het strand als 5th avenue met alle winkels en restaurants.

Drie zwembaden op het dak met ligbedden en gratis handdoeken via de receptie. Ook kun je er lunchen met een beperkte kaart, maar dat is prima. Ontbijten doe je er ook, maar hiervoor moet je elke ochtend eerst een briefje halen op dr begane grond bij de receptie, een beetje onhandig..

Cons:

Ons appartement was op de vierde etage en de airco was de eerste dagen goed, maar de laatste dag ging hij in de woonkamer niet aan. Het appartement is onderdeel van een dubbel appartement met een geschakelde deur, waardoor je de buren zachtjes kunt horen. De douches hebben beperkte waterkracht en warm water is er niet altijd.

Apartments are good, but this needs to be kept in mind. This isn’t a hotel, the staffing is basic and support is basic.
Pros:

Apartment was nice, gym had decent equipment, pool was nice, and location was convenient.

Cons:

WIFI was almost non existent in the room unless I sat on a chair next to the front door. There was gum in the shower when we first arrived. Not quite their fault but power tools started up every morning early on the other side of our wall.

Pros:

Le rooftop et les piscines sont supers. L’emplacement proche de la plage et de la cinquième avenue sont très utiles.

Cons:

La première nuit ma climatisation ne marchait pas. L’ascenceur ne fonctionne pas au premier étage. Il nya pas de rampe pour monter les valises dans l’hôtel. L’hôtel est mal insonorisé. Dommage que certains chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre, cela fait vite cellule de prison.

Bien, pero deben estar mas pendientes de las solicitudes de sus clientes

Habitaciones comodas y su area de albercas muy limpias y agradables

Cons:

Wifi se desconectaba a cada rato y la habitacion de a lado tenia musica que no nos dejaba descansar ni escuchar la TV. Lo notificamos en la recepcion y solo dijeron que el ruido esta permitido hasta las 11 de la noche. Eso fue muy desagradable.

he estado marcando para solicitar mi factura y los telefonos que publican no contesta nadie, incluyendo al peronal de Booking que solo dice que le van a pasar el mensaje al hotel. Esperemos se comuniquen para que nos hagan llegar la factura

Los ascensores dañados el aire también no hubo internet ni tv en los 5 días si tienes tour no puedes desayunar pq es después de las 8 la piscina q era lo mejor la tiene deteriorada y dejan entrar cualquier persona así no este hospedada latas y basura en la piscina y las personas de abajo no solucionan nada era un buen lugar lastima

Los cuartos eran muy comodos y amplios

Me sorprendi lo mal que se administra este hotel o propiedad de renta, no hay nunca un empleado ni siquiera hay un lobby solo nos atendio una persona ajena al hotel que no tenia nada que ver con el hotel y solo estaba ahi para las propiedades de renta, despues de esperar bastante el se comunico por mensaje con alguien, por que nos advirtio que el ni siquiera tenia el numero de telefono del encargado de recibir huespedes del hotel, pero en fin logro tener una respuesta y nos dio las llaves , el hotel es muy confuso dos diferentes edificios pocas indicaciones y terminamos caminando por mas de 20mins solo para encontrar nuestros cuartos
La propiedad esta bajo muchas reparaciones y por su ubicacion no hay una tienda cercana para comprar y el lugar ni siquiera te ofrece agua purificada ni por lo menos una maquina vendedora.
