Good but hoped for better
Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times. It’s a nice building and the beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect.

Cons:

This time I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no hot water. That might be fine in July but it is the end of January and it is cold in playa del Carmen. The internet didn’t work this time. And when I asked for a room change I was denied even though I could see there was availability on the website. Disappointing

La Piscine, c est tous.

Personnel au lobby incompétent , 4 nettoyages de chambre 9 nuits ( lits uniquement pas de salle de bain nettoyer) coupure électrique 24h du au travaux à côté du Bulding ( Chambre 403 en Lowcof une horreur on entend tous les bruits la nuit )

L’emplacement à proximité de la plage et de la Vè Avenue. Le parking souterrain sécurisé.
Le confort de la literie
Le roof top 👍 vue magnifique avec une grande piscine et beau mobilier et transats

La piscine n'est pas accessible car trop froide. Nous avons sélectionner cet hôtel avant tout pour la piscine et nous en sommes très déçu car beaucoup trop froide.

Bel hôtel, mais le service et l’eau sont à améliorer

L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet d’être prêt de la plage mais aussi des commerces et de la Quinta Avenida.
Le rooftop est sublime.

Cons:

Clairement un problème d’eau chaude régulièrement. Il fallait attendre une bonne minute avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude brûlante qui devenait glacée quelques secondes ensuite…. Visiblement nous n’étions pas les seuls.
Idem nous avons demandé un sèche cheveux à l’accueil, et malgré une relance ce dernier n’a jamais été apporté.

Leurs point fort est clairement leurs rooftop avec la pisicine et leurs emplacement proche de la 5 eme avenue !

Cons:

Le personnel est aigris, pas commercial, notre chambre un placard à balais une mini fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir !!!!
Bref à éviter, en plus l’isolation est nul c’est comme si on dormait avec les voisins !

no me gustó el trato de la recepción al momento de que hice el check in, el señor que me recibió tenía una pésima actitud y ni siquiera me quiso atender o checar mi reserva hasta las 3. para esto yo había llegado a las 2 y de una manera muy grosera me dijo no te atiendo hasta las 3 pm. creo que esta sería mi única queja, esta persona era un hombre llenito y blanco del personal.
