Location is good

Cons:

No hot water on the first night and no discount offered for the inconvenience.
Curtains need a good clean
Bedside lamp needs replacing as it is not safe
Fridge door has sharp holes that I cut myself on

Absolutely 0 phone service and 0 wifi, there WIFI did not work. I spent most my stay in my car across the road so I could access the internet and make calls

I like the location and the facilities been here before this room was not like the others we have stayed in.

Cons:

The ceiling was mouldy the walls where broken around the bottom there was no cutlery in the draw 1 folk No knives the bathroom was not clean.

The rooms need a deep clean and the redo. They are falling apart and dirty.

The views were lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean or maintained. Our cutlery was dirty. Our cups/mugs had chips and stains on them. The fridge was literally falling out of the cupboard space. The bin in the kitchen still had food in it from previous guests. The balcony has bird poo all over it. Overall, the apartment needed a deep clean.
