Short and sweet
Pros:

The location was great, not to close to town
Pillows were comfortable. Extra bedding was good but wasn’t sure if they were clean as they weren’t folded like everything else.

Cons:

The cleaners that came next door were extremely loud, banging and slamming. The yelling down the corridor also. Mattress was old you can feel the springs.

It was a tiny apartment on the 6th floor receptionist was rude and in a rush to leave had paid for room but they took another $150 out of bank as a holding deposit that I haven’t received back yet Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Pros:

New manager looked after us after we found the room in a terrible state / wasnt what we thought we had booked.

Cons:

Whole building was dirty - receptionist was rude initially - she looked like she had a difficult day though.

I have stayed many times and previously loved every stay however this will be my last.
Pros:

I like the convince of the hotels location.

Cons:

The over all cleanliness of the apartment needs attention with more attention to detail. Was not as exceptional as previous visits.

Nice place, close to city but in a quiet area, nice views and walking trails.
Pros:

Spacious apartment, nice location and views, free parking, all needed amenities provided, washing machine and dryer were helpful,

Cons:

Parking seems a bit congested sometimes.

Cons:

Had to pay a security deposit which is fine but I’ve stayed at the is property numerous times & have never had to pay one before but the staff member insisted that it was mandatory & had always been the case which is just a lie as I’ve never paid it on any other occasion. Just don’t see why the lie had to be done!!!

Apartment could have been cleaner. Location was ok. Bedrooms and living areas were good. Didn't use any facilities.
