Pros:

It was clean, smelt nice as you entered both rooms. It was excellent value for the room, they were all done up nicely and weren’t old looking.

Cons:

The Tv in room 501B didnt work, and I booked for 2 rooms so it would’ve been nice if we could’ve gotten them side by side as my brother had his little girl alone and I was two stories up which made it hard

Wasn't happy and wasn't worth the money

The fan in one of the rooms didn't work, the air-conditioner didn't work. There was a microfibre cloth in the dryer and the kettle had some water in it still.

Pros:

Was close to the city centre. We had an apartment on the water side so was lovely to wake up to a beautiful view. Had everything we needed for our one night stay 😊

Views from balcony not great. Plug for sink didn’t seal.

My room needs some attention.

Stained carpet, uncomfortable bed, mould in the shower and damaged window that I had trouble closing.

Overall it was very disappointing and will never stay there again.

The location was fine.

Cons:

The cleanliness was disgusting. The kitchen appliances were dirty.
The kettle had slime in it, the toaster had mould in it. The bathroom had mould on floor, cockroaches and previous guests toothbrush and toothpaste in drawer. The loungeroom floor had bird poo on it. The rooms stunk and the lounge stunk. The beds were like sleeping on base without mattress. Our experience was so bad we were originally booked in for 3 nights and left after 1.
