El hotel estaba muy lindo las albercas estaban sucias el jacuzzi también y algo que me preocupó muchísimo y que les debe de preocupar mucho a ustedes es ese encarpetado verde del área de la alberca pero tienen que retirar sí o sí porque es un cultivo de bacterias lo cual nos pueden proporcionar una buena infección hongos en los pies y todo eso para mí es peligrosísimo eso es un punto rojo que deberían de quitarlo sí o sí poner otro tipo de de piso este no resbaloso pero es lo más importante de mi estancia ahí que me incomodó y que me puso en alerta lo demás muy bien muchísimas gracias por todo

It wasn't bad.
Pros:

The jacuzzi, the bar and restaurant staff.

Cons:

The reception is very tiny,they don't have or don't respect the order in the line because there is no lanes,2 or 3 staff at the reception and only one doing the check ins,the shower wasn't working until I call the front desk to fix it.

Overall, it was a good stay. I think I most appreciated the attentive staff.
Pros:

The location was fine. A bit of a walk to the Malecon but it's a nice and safe walk. The breakfast was okay. Just what you would expect from a buffet. The drinks were good for the most part but the staff was very attentive.

Cons:

I would have liked to have more towels available in the room. Also there was no place to set your suitcase on, other than the desk or chair provided. That would have been useful since there is no place to unpack your clothes. The closet is pretty small. It would be nice if the pool was bigger. It appears bigger in the photos posted on the website.
