Lafayette Park Square Megaworld

I already paid but upon arrival, I was informed that it was already occupied by someone else and was double booked. The host reach out to me and told me that refund will be processed within 5 days. Until now, I haven't receive any update. What a hassle.

I arrived late from my flight and checked-in with no problem. When I arrived at the unit, 1) the main switch is turned off, leaving me to figure out what to do - but manage to find it, 2) there are no towels, toilet paper and basic toiletries, 3) the sink in the toilet is clogged, 4) the shower head and hose is broken, 5) the air-conditioner is super noisy, 6) no floor mat, causing wet floors, 7) the curtains are not black out and you find the room bright

i communicated to cams but its either she replies late, do not reply at all, or simply not answering a phone call. She mentioned she will leave the towels and toilet paper at the reception, and when I checked, all guards + reception confirmed than none has been endorsed, maintenance did visit the unit for a check, they can fix the clog but the shower head should be fixed by the owner… still no update from cams after messaging her in teo different numbers.

in short, i borrowed towels from my sister, bought toiletries in a nearby convenience store, deal with a vert noisy furniture, and cleaned myself using the faucet in the shower throughout my entire stay.

I will never go back to this place again!
