Zweckmäßig , die Umgebung ist ein Traum
Pros:

Es ist für Busse geeignet ! Fuer 1 Nacht ist es in Ordnung . Wir waren jedoch 3 Nächte ! Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt ! Die Geschmäcker sind natürlich verschieden ! Der Hubschrauberflug war großartig

חנייה צמודה לחדר, צוות נחמד, א.בקר סבירה , נקי. מה שצריך ללילה ולהמשיך בדרך.

Cons:

חדר קטן, קירות דקים ורעש צעדים של הדיירים בקומה מעליכם. וילונות חייבים להיות סגורים שלא יראו אותך מהרחוב.

Lovely staff and great location, clean warm room
Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Also knowledgeable of the area
Great location with short drive to good hikes/views

Cons:

Only thing to consider our room was more motel style. E.g straight access from car park into room, wasn’t issue for us but something to consider

A fantastic hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

In a great location close to the iconic Fox Glacier. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help guests, especially Evie. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and are very clean. Thank you for a great stay.

Cons:

The shower kept suddenly and randomly going hot and cold, so it was difficult to use.

The cramped space, poor room servicing and cold cooked breakfast would stop us revisiting.
Pros:

The operations manager was very helpful and did her best to assist us and we feel has a thankless task providing a good customer experience. This included organising a dinner for us despite being told by the catering manager to go elsewhere to eat even though no where else was availabe.

Cons:

The room was very small and had nowhere to store things. We were there for two nights, and apart from making our beds, the rubbish bins remained unemptied and the bathrooms uncleaned. Our stay included breakfast, but the cooked food, including scrambled eggs , was cold to lukewarm.

friendly team, new bathroom , close to everything in town, everything was clean

Cons:

loud fridge, thin walls to neighbour rooms, lights shine into the room since the jalousie is not long enough. TV control didn't work- batteries were given but that didn' t seem to be the problem.

Cons:

Expensive by comparison. Poor attitude at reception . Very ordinary breakfast. No insulation from noisy guests in room above. 😳
