That night made me horrible....
Pros:

The caretaker was really good and very helpful

Cons:

The property was weak and got shrinkage suddenly at night by 12 am I was supposed so see the flooring and false cealing lively getting cracked and tiles are breaking I took my family and ran out of the building in the midnight how can we live there i called the caretaker and informed abt the issues he immediately responded also the owner responded but wat use how will we sleep under the shrinking building it was very horrible for us to move from there my daughter was in a deep sleep I woke her and moved as soon as possible from there I was asking about the issue latter but no response from any one so before booking please think twice also no hot water for bath asked about it they tell heater coil repaired often the Power goes this building has built in middle of the agricultural land some thing is fishy in the building.

Pros:

Location is close to the beach (~10 mins walk/3 mins by car)
We were 6 adults with a kid and everyone seems happy overall despite little inconvenience.
The pool is good if it’s cleaned & also the poolside activities are good.
Small Kids will like the swings and other activities

Cons:

The name of the apartment or venue is changed from Aryan to hermes. And hermes’s google review is pathetic (at the moment 2/5)
One of our room’s AC was not working and we were told that it will be fixed in few hours while we were checking out, but never got fixed even after our third day of stay)
Needs good maintenance, some of the walls are leaking and has moulds, the washrooms are okay okay clean (especially avoid relaxing on tub for it’s dirty)
They don’t accept card payments and also they don’t provide you a GST bill (was asked to pay to do gpay and didn’t get a bill under the name Aryan Shresht apartments)
