Pros:

Lovely place and great location. Beautiful building and furnishings.

Cons:

Avoid the street-facing units if possible because of heavy street traffic noise. Also, have to mention the difficult to operate coffee machine. We are coffee lovers and this was a challenge for us. You know it's an issue when you have to add the entire machine instruction booklet to the Welcome book. But other than that, we loved our stay!

I would come again but certainly for a room to the garden…
Pros:

Perfect location and wonderful designed spacious rooms!

Cons:

I had a room to the street. This is the Main Street and it is pretty loud!
There are no sunbeds to chill in the garden. Would be cool!

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, dort war es sehr laut, viel Verkehr und sehr viele laute Autos und Motorräder fuhren auch nachts mit hohem Tempo die Straße rauf und runter. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt besser ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen. Wir hatten nur 2 Nächte…

Hübsches Hotel. Sauberkeit verbesserungsbedürftig. Etwas laut.
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist zentral. Parkplätze stehen in den umliegenden Straßen zur Verfügung. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße und war unheimlich laut. Das Zimmer wurde nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Bei der Ankunft waren die Bettlaken dreckig. Die Rezeption war kaum besetzt.

Beautiful hotel at a very good location
There is 11 rooms so not very big
Nicely decorated

Cons:

The facilities are lacking for the price that you pay
There is not even a person at the reception
Our fan wasn’t working in the room and I don’t like AC blowing on me at night
I mentioned it to the staff but no one came to fix it. We were there 3 nights The hotel is pricey for what you get.

We quite enjoyed our stay other than when the dogs were barking.
Pros:

Convenient location, very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Cons:

There were two barking dogs staying on the property which were also in the courtyard. Very annoying.
Shower tap not well secured- kept coming off
Would be nice to have a small kettle.

Clean, comfy room. Do NOT stay on the side facing the street, loudest room I’ve ever stayed in couldn’t sleep.

Toto Santos is a beautiful little town however it does present challenges to older visitors as there are many steep cobb

The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient to the town.

Cons:

This property would be great if you are an independent traveler that does not need or want a reception desk or help with travel arrangements or information about the area. There is also a locked gate to enter in which you need to enter a code at one point in our trip, we were unable to open one of the gates

Didn’t stay and they charged me full. Even I ask for at least 50 percent. Messed with my honeymoon
