Otelin konumu çok iyi idi. Odaların büyüklükleri çok iyi idi. Çalışanların yardımseverliği fazla iyi idi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
Odada küvet yerine duş teknesi olsa idi iyi olurdu. Bir de TV kanal ayarları Rusçaya ayarlı idi. İngilizce ayarlı olsa idi iyi olurdu.
Отличное расположение. Очень понравился завтрак на диванчиках во дворе гостиницы. Большое спасибо хозяину гостиницы, который разрешил остаться в номере после времени выселения и не взял за это доп. оплату.
レギスタン広場から徒歩圏内で、観光にとても便利です。出発日の朝も、レギスタン広場で散歩ができました。
英語はだいたい通じました。日本語を話せるお父さんもいます。スタッフの方は会うたびに気持ちよいあいさつをしてくださり、思いやりに溢れていました。
休憩スペースでくつろいでいたら、クッキーとお茶を出してもらえて嬉しかったです。最終日の出発が朝7時前で朝食時間に間に合わなかったのですが、ブレックファーストボックスを用意してもらえました。
部屋の装飾やクッションがきれいで、お城のようでした。またサマルカンドに行く機会があれば泊まりたいです。

ホテルとはありますが、ゲストハウス。家族経営の小さな中級ホテルです。一階の部屋でしたが、とても広く清潔です。中庭はお部屋の内装もまさにウズベキスタンスタイルで期待は裏切りません。レジスタン広場、ビビハニムモスクにも歩いていけます。隣にある小さな店でアイスクリーム、量り売りのお菓子、水、ビール、果物など購入できます。朝食はテーブルの上に果物、トマトやお菓子がたくさん。その上で卵料理、ソーセージ、パンなど温かいまま持ってきてくれます。洗濯もネットに入れてお渡しすると数時間で完了してくれました。クレカつかえました。

Meget smukt og autentisk lille hotel med den bedste beliggenhed. Kun 5 min fra Registan. Meget stille og roligt. Fantastisk morgenmad som den første dag blev serveret helt særligt
Morgenmaden blev efterfølgende serveret i en lille ikke så hyggelig "kælderrestaurant" men var stadig god. badekarret var sat sammen med tape i det ene hjørne og der var ingen prop så man kunne ikke få karbad. Men god bruser. et par af lamperne virkede ikke og personalet talte meget begrænset engelsk,men prøvede at hjælpe så godt de kunne.

היחס האישי בהתאמת ארוחת הבוקר לטעמנו ובמיוחד הדאגה של בעלת המקום כשהמונית שלנו לתחנת הרכבת לא הגיעה בזמן, דאגו להזמין וגם לשלם מראש לנהג.
הפריע לנו נוהל המקום של חליצת נעליים בכניסה..אבל הסתדרנו.

いつもニコニコしているお兄さん。シャフリサーブスへの車の手配も快諾いただく。
部屋の掃除は、声をかければやってくれる。プライバシー重視なのかな？終日出ると分かっている時は、清掃の有無聞いてくれればお願いしたのですが。あと、タオルも使ったもの、替えきってなかった。この辺、改良の余地ありかと！
レギスタン広場がすぐ近くで立地がとても良く、お部屋も広々としており掃除が行き届いていました。マネージャーのスローチさんはとても親切で色々と助けて頂きました。5日間宿泊しましたが、ベットは大きく寝心地は最高、ソファセットも大きくて毎日とても快適でした。また、洗濯もして頂きとても助かりました。YANDEX GOもホテルの前まで来てくれますので移動も便利でした。とてもおすすめのホテルです。
強いて言うなら、バスタブがデコボコしていたため、シャワーが浴びにくかったこと、私たちが宿泊した部屋が広かったため、周辺のホテルよりは割高だったかもしれません。

We had the best stay here and wonderful service from Siroj. Thank you for your help and making us feel so comfortable! We stayed in 2 bedrooms with my family for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, best customer service. The host was so friendly and even gave us free watermelon when we arrived!!! The breakfast was amazing and the way its served is a whole experience

Staff, location and bed
Was given a room on the ground floor as requested which was really appreciated as stairs are difficult. Close enough to sights, although neighbourhood lacks eating options. Some lovely decorative touches in the room and good size.
Registration certificate was not issued on departure. Emailed various times and was sent an invoice. This is not the official form required by government which could have meant a lot of trouble. Despite further emails was never sent the official form. My certificates were checked but not all luckily. This is a legal requirement so think it should be observed.
