Pros: The property was in walking distance to food, near by shops and sightseeing. Master bedroom and down stairs living area clean and comfortable.
Cons:
Mold in the bathroom, upstairs loft was left dirty and with a dirty mattress cover and no sheets on the bed. A metal piece was sticking out in the loft. The shower glass wall is broken. Walking up to residence is a spiral staircase and it is very steep and dark.
The lodging was average, which was fine for our needs. It advertised accommodations for 5 people, but that wasn't accurate, as the couch is not suitable for an adult; it should be listed for 4 adults instead. The oven didn't work, making for an interesting Christmas dinner. Communication between myself and the staff was excellent, but unfortunately, nothing could be done about the oven situation. I appreciate their efforts to resolve everything remotely. I would definitely recommend it for a group of 4.
The area was safe and walkable to many sites. There was some construction so was a little noisy at times. The air conditioner did not work and was the main reason for picking this property. Windows did not open

Description:
We stayed here during our trip for the Olympics, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is located on a block with a bar, restaurant, and bakery, and just around the corner, there are even more dining options. While the location is a bit further from central Paris, the peace and quiet away from the traffic made it worthwhile. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and found the nearby restaurants to be absolutely delicious!
About the Apartment:
The apartment itself has been recently renovated. It’s clean, has working AC (a huge plus for us Texans), and the shower’s water pressure was excellent. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
