I booked a room through Booking.com for my stay. However, after making the payment, I became concerned that the property may be fraudulent because the address provided appears to be fake or invalid.

I am extremely concerned about this situation and would like Booking.com to investigate the property and booking immediately. Please verify whether the accommodation is legitimate and advise me on the possibility of receiving a full refund.

Disappointed and never coming back
Cons:

shared bathroom - not a 'Private Bathroom' as advertised
No WIFI - but advertised as Free WIFI
Bedding was very poor quality and I think it had plastic sheets/pillow protector on
Bed was rock hard, not even sure it was a mattress
the whole house was quite grimey
and the smell in the house was disgusting (bleach + some very odd foul smell), especially in the tiny bedroom I had rented (no tv, no wardrobe, nothing but a bed)
I won't be returning and won't be recommending

The bed was so dirty including the sheet and duvet

I also found two bed bugs on the bed. That was a very bad experience

Staff, location, and room, my advice is don't book this scam room. Staff didn't reply my call and heating not working. Washroom dirty. Bed sheet and pillow cover dirty and full of smell.
