Pros:

It was ok, nothing amazing. Great location and nice enough rooms but make sure you know what days and nights the bar is open or you’ll spend most of your time just sitting in your room when you’ve done all the site seeing.

Cons:

Grumpy staff. Food wasn’t nice.

Ich komme gerne mal wieder.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige, gemütliche Unterkunft mit für
mich perfekter Lage. Zentrum per Bus oder zu Fuß über die Brücke perfekt erreichbar.
Im angeschlossenen Restaurant frühstückt man wie in einem Museum.

Hotel mit Charme und idealer Ausgangslage
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in der Villa Havblikk. Die Ausgangslage war für uns ideal aufgrund der fußläufigen Nähe zur Fjellheisen-Station, Eiskathedrale, Bushaltestelle und einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Das Zimmer war ideal ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist im typischen norwegischen Stil erbaut und hat einen wunderbaren charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Taxitransfer zum Flughafen nachts hat auch wunderbar geklappt.

Nice position, served by many busses, easily reachable from airport with direct bus

Cons:

Uncomfortable mattress. Furniture was in places scratched and was not resembing that in the picture. Bathroom really tiny. This single room should have been refurbished. I wonder how many years ago.

There is little interaction with staff. Check-in is self-service, which make things a bit impersonal. I didn't feel welcome even at breakfast time, the day after arrival, when finally I saw a member of the staff, who told me how much they would have charged me before anything else, including telling me what I could have.

Bra hotell. Rekommenderas för en kort vistelse i Tromsö.
Pros:

Läget var bra och personalen var trevlig. Restaurangen var fint och mysigt inredd. Ett trevligt litet hotell.

Cons:

Jag bodde i ett litet enkelrum. Det var helt ok men det känns som att ägaren hade lagt mycket pengar på att inreda restaurangen och det var inga pengar över för enkelrummen.
