The location is very bad if you don't have your own car. Taking a taxi or requesting a ride takes ages.

A stay that could have been pleasant if more maintenance would be done
Pros:

Villa was spacious
Restaurant is very good price/quality

Cons:

Villa needs better maintenance when it comes to cleaning and also some equipments that need repairs (water pressure almost non existent, faucet of the kitchen leaks, bed bugs on 2 mattresses, old sponge)

Our fanily had so much fun and enjoyed there first time stay in Baguio.
Pros:

Excellent and very accomodating staffs. Breakfast food were great. Will surely recommend this to our friends in New Zealand and in the Philippines 👍

Cons:

Bathroom in our initial room was flooding but when we told about it to the staffs, we were transferred to another room easily 👍
