Pros:

Within walking distance in downtown buffalo. Attending an event at convention center and hotel was connected to convention center by walkway, though we were not allowed to use the walkway it was right around the corner so didn’t mind the walk.

Cons:

We were located a couple rooms down from the pool and for a few hours all we heard were kids screaming and running up and down the hallway to the pool and back.
Also charged almost 30 dollars for a breakfast that was not worth it! Small selection and food was cold. Toilet was leaking in our room.

Good hotel for an event
Pros:

The room was very nice; the bathroom was on the larger side making it easier to get around. The TV was huge (maybe too huge). We were there for a concert, so we did not use any of the amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful. The price was good!

Cons:

I always pick a hotel with a pool for my granddaughter, and this one was not good at all. There was stuff spewing into the pool from the filter. There was no guide for the TV. We actually thought we had to pay for TV. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open later

Would stay there again!
Pros:

loved the bed and pillows - TV was huge not that we had it on for more than 10 minutes. Friendly staff!

Cons:

we were charged a different amount than we booked it for? Still trying to sort that out. Charged over $200 more than booking site quoted.

False advertising and absolutely terrible quality for the price.
Pros:

Staff were great and apologetic for things that were beyond their control

Cons:

No jacuzzi which was a main point of the booking for a certain family member. Room was dirty, bathroom was extremely dingy and outdated.

Fantastic staff
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the building was beautiful

Cons:

The smell of weed from the room next door kept coming into our room and filled hallway. Elevators weren’t all working

Complete unprofessional.
Pros:

I did not like anything.

Cons:

We booked 1 month advance but they did not give us room till midnight 2:00 am. It was completely unprofessional. My elderly parents with me. I should get refund. I will not book hotel or anything via booking.com. We were in lobby till midnight 2:00 am. Hope you understand in what situation we were.

Great hotel staff and we enjoyed the pool.
Pros:

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was splatter on the wall hangings in our room. Restaurant/bar couldn’t open a table an hour before close for one person. Bar was kinda full. Got the feeling he just didn’t want to.
