Muy ruidoso, desde la habitación se oía todo, y eso que estábamos en un callejón, almohadas muy rígidas e incomodas. El sumidero de la ducha no tragaba y se hacía una piscina…

Pros:

We could not been happier with our first stay in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and okay, you have all you need, but the staff was the best part. Perfume, her children and all the persons working here are so sweet and kind, help you with everything. We booked great tour to lan ha bay with them, they even invited us for family dinner and give us a gift when leaving. Great location close to all good food in old town.

Super Lage! Lecker Frühstück und übelst liebes Personal :)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war voller Schimmel an der Decke & immer wenn man rein kam, hat man einen Schreck bekommen. Unsere Sachen haben im Nachhinein sogar danach gerochen haben wir gemerkt. Hätten im Nachhinein eigentlich einen Zimmerwechsel verlangen müssen 🥹

The room was nice and had what was necassary for a relax stay. The location was good, very nearby the centre. Staff was very nice and very helpfull. The owner Perfume took great care of us, Perfume, thanx for taking such good care of my son :). Breakfast and diner were great. Local dishes and more then enough. Perfume, thank you and we wish you well.
