La camera che avevo prenotato sul sito era una suite familiare da 40 m , mi hanno dato una camera standard con 1letto extra ed un simil divano letto molto scomodo,come secondo letto ,ovviamente non ci si muoveva in quella stanza che a dir tanto sarà stata 20 m , la camera piena di formiche minuscole che ci hanno invaso le valigie,pulizie in stanza nulla per 3 giorni .

Excellent family stay which is highly recommended
Pros:

Perfume and her family were outstanding from providing dinner after a late arrival, through to a family style dinner. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and we felt like part of the family. The location was excellent, very close to train street. The price was great. Highly recommended

We had a terrible experience with this hostel. Although our reservation was confirmed through Booking.com and via WhatsApp, the hostel failed to register it in their own calendar, so the room we had paid for was no longer available when we arrived. We paid for a four-person room and were shoved into a triple, forcing three people to share one bed.

At 6 a.m., a stranger walked into our room, and the owner refused to acknowledge it was anyone from the hostel. From 7:00 to 9:30 a.m., we were woken up by unbearably loud construction next door, something we were never warned about. The next morning, they “solved” it by moving us—not to another room, but to another hotel—with a laughable €10 discount.

Twice they messed up our luggage, sending it to the wrong room and failing to move all our bags, so we had to chase them down ourselves. The staff were rude throughout our stay, and despite asking several times, we were never allowed to speak to the manager. To top it all off, we only found out at checkout that card payments come with an 8% surcharge, something that had never been disclosed beforehand.

Pros:

立地が良かった。旧市街ならどこへでも行きやすい。grabがとても便利でした。オーナーもフレンドリーに対応してくれました。朝ごはんはパンやフォー、フルーツ、ドリンクなど選択肢がありました。朝から宿でゆっくり過ごせるのは嬉しい。

Cons:

夜中まで通りのバイクの音がうるさかった。宿の前が一方通行で、郊外へ行く大きなバスのピックアップは5分ほど歩いて通りまで出る必要があった。
お湯があまり出なかった。ぬるま湯のようだった。

I had an incredible stay at this lovely family-run homestay. If you are looking for a genuine and authentic Hanoi experience, this is the place to be.
The property is impeccably clean, and the family managing it is absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and—importantly—speak excellent English, which made communication seamless throughout my stay.
The breakfast was a highlight—truly delicious! It is served in such a cute dining area and includes fresh, seasonal fruits alongside a great selection of dishes you can order fresh each morning.
The location is perfect and highly convenient. You are within easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, the famous Train Street, and many other major attractions. It made exploring the city so effortless.
Furthermore, the family goes above and beyond to assist with any logistics. They helped me arrange a motorcycle rental, booked my onward travel, and provided great recommendations for local tours.
I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!
