For a 5-star hotel, it was extremely affordable.
The staff were helpful, courteous 10/10.
The Zest restaurant served a fabulous ala cart dinner. The beef satay was out of this world, marinated with aromatic spices & herbs. Liza was extremely knowledgeable & helpful with her suggestions.
Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choices in a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere.
We enjoyed so much that we are now planning our next stay here.

Room service got my order wrong on the third day. I was really looking forward for the beef burger which I ordered two days in a row prior. Was served chicken burger instead but got it for free so no complains here. Personally the beef burger was the best i ever had in a while, especially when you are starving after spending hours in the pool, which is also great coz its a deep swimming pool around 2m or so. The gym have a pull up rack so thats another win.

The room is comfortable and the RM100 F&B credit is a nice touch. Frontdesk staff are attentive.
This is my 5th stay in a year with Dusit. Noticed this round the breakfast buffet is not as good as previous. It's not the choices but more of the quality. The salad leaves was limited and don't look fresh. Same goes with the rest of the food quality and taste. The roti canai was salty and not fluffy. Also noticed the current staff are young and fresh. Not sure if they are on training. There was an incident where one of the food was boiling over and the staff didn't notice. Hopefully these area can be improved soon.
Wow! So impressive. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my family really enjoyed it! Starting from check-in—kudos to Mr. Jeyaprakash (I still remember your name) because you were so welcoming and explained everything in great detail regarding the room, breakfast, and advice on the extra bed.
Room: The room was big and well-refurbished. We really enjoyed the mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean. Kudos also to housekeeping for being so polite and friendly.
Food: Superb! I really enjoyed my dinner; the food was delicious. They provided me with a complimentary fruit platter since it took some time to prepare the dishes due to a long queue of a la carte orders. The manager even came over to apologize for the wait, but surprisingly, it did not take that long at all—we did not mind it either! Breakfast was also a "wow" experience with a huge variety of food. From nasi lemak and Western dishes to noodles, porridge, and pancakes—you name it, they served it! I also saw the chefs on the floor personally checking and monitoring the food. A big thanks to the manager and staff; you really made my day.
This is hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Every single team member—from reception and housekeeping to the F&B manager and service staff—showed immense passion and dedication. This stay was exactly the stress relief I needed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable; we look forward to visiting again!
