Service and location was good.

Cons:

The food, especially room service can really be improved. We waited more than an hour and food arrived and it could not be eaten. Eventually after complaining, they told us they would refund us.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel, 5 sterren helemaal waard. Locatie is goed maar nog wel wat afstand naar het oude centrum. Te voet is het te doen maar mocht je dit niet willen dan is een "grab" nog altijd een optie. Je snapt niet dat ze het voor zo weinig geld kunnen doen!

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process smooth and easy. The front counter staff was professional throughout. The staff at the breakfast station were also warm, friendly, and attentive, making every morning a pleasant experience. Our room was super clean, and the bed was very cozy .Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!

Bellissimo soggiorno che consiglio a chi deve soggiornare a Melaka
Pros:

Le camere erano veramente grandi e spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort, la colazione è buona, la piscina è una chicca bellissima per nuotare e rilassarsi, lo staff sempre molto gentile

Cons:

La posizione non è male, però bisogna fare una passeggiata di almeno 15 minuti per arrivare in centro, la colazione come ho detto è buona ma può essere migliorata soprattutto nel reparto dolce e poi aveva una pecca ovvero non c’è lo yogurt greco, né una crema spalmabile alla nocciola o cioccolato

Good Hotel in a Good Location
Pros:

The room had been refurbished and looking modern. Bed was comfortable and amenities sufficiently provided. Bottles of water provided free of charge. Water pressure good. Sound proofing good. Lighting good. TV has lots of channels. Large room and bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing actually except the parking ramp which was very narrow and navigating the bend is not a for a less than average driver.

Een mooi hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt
Pros:

Entree hotel fantastisch. Er komt een fijne geur van jasmijn je tegemoet en lekker koel.
Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en erg goed. De kamer op de 20 verdieping was ruim. Mooi uitzicht over Melaka.
Heel aardig personeel.
