Pros:

the whole experience of staying there was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, bathrooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast had a huge variety of well-prepared fresh dishes which were tasty and well presented. the swimming pool was wonderful, lovely and clean, fresh towels and a good size and depth to the pool.
the bar area was good we watched the football world cup their staff were excellent.
The location was perfect it was easy to go see all the things we wanted from here. i would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone and be very happy to return ourselves we had an absolutely great time.

A new area/neighbourhood to explore after having stayed in the Jonker and Heeren Street area.
Pros:

It’s location with plenty of local coffee shops just outside the hotel. Jonker street area just a short walk away. Breakfast spread was good with slight changes daily. Azhari who was overseeing breakfast services was most kind and obliging despite the massive crowd. Imran and Jeslina up in the Club Lounge were most attentive and cordial. Evening canapés were excellent. Concierge staff pleasant and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The smell that hit us as the elevator door opened up on the 22nd club room floor. Ditto for the initial musty smell of the room. Perhaps emanating from the carpet but we got used to it after a while and enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was otherwise clean and comfortable. In terms of the breakfast buffet- staff tending cooking stations need to view guests positively and not as nuisances to be tolerated, ignored or grudgingly served.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Dusit Princess. The staff were courteous and helpful.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Calm and pleasant when I raised the question of me having to pay S$20 more for the room for the special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff replied that there was no provision of a special parking spot and higher internet speed as they provide complimentary parking for residents of the hotel and there is wifi provided free of charge. The staff explained that I had booked at a flexible rate which I did not understand.

Cons:

What was offered on booking.com for the room that I booked that was S$20.00 more for special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff said that complimentary parking and internet wifi are available by the hotel at no extra cost. Then, why I am charged S$20.00 more? To settle my unhappiness, the hotel staff gave another complimentary breakfast for the room.

Fun in Melaka.
Pros:

The hotel is perfect in every way. The location, room size and quality of breakfast served exceeded expectations and the swimming pool is stunning. The staff were attentive and most helpful and friendly.
