Servizi e gentilezza dello staff
Colazione sia salata che dolce, anche se non favolosa , direi di poterla classificare come molto buona e molto varia
Piscina molto ampia con 2 piccoli scivoli x bimbi
I 50 Ringgit al gg da scontare all interno del ristorante dell hotel od al bar della piscina
Ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo

Cons:

La posizione un po’ defilata dal centro ma con un Grab si risolvono tutti i problemi
La preghiera del mattino ( forse dipende anche dalla posizione della camera ) disturba un po’ quelli dal….sonno leggero

Over rated - did not meet expectations
Pros:

The pool but without the steaming kids - the room with the sea view

The breakfast room was over crowded and under staffed and poorly organised-it felt the le club Med - the front desk staff was not courteous or efficient-again under staffed -

Wunerschönes Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück
Pros:

- super höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
- riesiges Frühstücksbuffet (Obst, Salate, Cerealien, Gebäck, landestypische warme Speisen, Eierspeisenvariationen, Smoothiestation etc.)
- 15 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt

Cons:

In der Nähe ist eine Moschee und der Ruf des Muezzins ist durch die einfachverglasten Fenster deutlich zu hören. Darüber hinaus war alles super!

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sehr sauber. Der Blick auf die Altstadt und den Fluss war das Tüpfelchen. Der Pool war riesig und super zum schwimmen. Hier waren auch fast nie Leute, sodass wir ihn fast immer für uns alleine hatten.
Hervorheben möchte ich die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ebenso wie das unglaublich umfangreiche Frühstück.
Der Weg in die Altstadt, wunderschön entlang am Fluss zu gehen, beträgt in etwa 10-15 Minuten
Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung

Pros:

Located within walking distance from Jonker Walk with numerous food options and famous sights. Very good value for money especially with their free breakfast promo. Breakfast buffet options and quality is good, but if you are in one of the food capitals of Malaysia, there are plenty of much better options available within walking distance outside of the hotel.

Cons:

I ordered a steak for room service and it was underwhelming. The small portion justifies its price (RM118), but you can definitely get much better value for money elsewhere.

Excellent stay, looks forward to getting back to hotel in the evening after a day out in the hot weather.

Pros:

The fried mehoon is nice. The overall taste of the buffet breakfast is acceptable.

Cons:

The refreshment at the “club” at Level 24 is very limited. No scotch whisky provided eg Macallan 12 years, etc. should provided a better grade of red wine.
