Überbewertet und in die Jahre gekommen

- Klimaanlage hat funktioniert
- gute Dusche
- Personal ok, aber nicht sehr engagiert
- beim check in wurde versucht irgendetwas zu erzählen von wegen man gebe uns freundlicherweise ein Zimmer mit Fenster - das Buchungssystem sei ausgefallen- wir hatten aber extra ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht u sowieso bezahlt

Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und empfanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (ca. 56 USD/Nacht) als nicht angemessen. Vor allem auch, welchen Standard wir für einen ähnlichen Preis in Laos in anderen Hotels hatten.
Das Frühstück war gegen 9.15 h quasi nicht vorhanden (2 verlorene Minibananen, ein paar Scheiben vertrockneter Toast..) wir haben daher auswärts gefrühstückt.
Sehr viel ist ziemlich „abgeranzt“, ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wasser des Pools war trüb und sah nicht sehr einladend aus; im Zimmer und bei der Ausstattung war ebenfalls vieles nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Handtücher waren z.B. gräulich, zogen Fäden und waren an manchen Stellen fast löchrig und hätten schon längst ausgetauscht gehört. Der Klodeckel passte nicht auf die Toilette, der Fön hing nur noch an einer Schraube, im Treppenhaus Spinnweben an der Wand, im Eingangsbereich offene Leitungen und tropfendes Wasser auf die Treppe (mind. 3 Tage lang). Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und nicht empfehlen. Uns ist schleierhaft, wie eine Booking Bewertung von 8.9 zustande kommt.

Pros:

tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. El hotel era muy bonito y el clima fue perfecto durante nuestra visita. El bar de la azotea es un lugar estupendo para relajarse y el personal fue amable y atento. ¡Una experiencia encantadora en general!

J'avoue ne pas comprendre la notation de cet hôtel, qui à mon sens est très largement surnoté ! Rien ne justifie une notation aussi élevée... L'aménagement du rooftop est très sommaire, les finitions laissent à désirer, la chambre est austère, le petit déjeuner est très pauvre (sur les 2 nuits passées, il n'y avait plus rien à notre arrivée)... Seul point positif, le personnel qui est sympathique. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The staff is very helpful and professional with good english level.
Room service cleans the rooms every day which is a plus in Laos.

Cons:

Rooms on the front can be noisy due to traffic, swimming pool cleanliness needs more attention, rooftop bar can be improve.
