The staff is very helpful and professional with good english level.
Room service cleans the rooms every day which is a plus in Laos.

Cons:

Rooms on the front can be noisy due to traffic, swimming pool cleanliness needs more attention, rooftop bar can be improve.

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer und ein echt tolles Rooftop. Am Abend sieht man die Paramotor oder die Heissluftbalone über das Hotel ziehen. Zu Fuss ist alles direkt erreichbar.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns Jogurt gewünscht.

Hôtel charmant
Pros:

J'avais initialement réservé deux nuits, mais j'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour à six jours tant j'ai adoré l'hôtel. Son emplacement est très pratique et permet de se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et accueillant, et le petit-déjeuner était frais et délicieux chaque matin. Un endroit merveilleux où séjourner ; je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Tidy hotel
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice big room. Comfy bed. Solid air conditioning. Warm/hot water from the tap and shower. Great view to watch hot air balloons during the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff!

Cons:

Roosters around the hotel start making a lot of noise at 4AM and it won't stop until you start your day. If you pre-book a transportation from the hotel to the railway station, double-check if the ride is actually coming. Our ride didn't come when it was supposed to: fortunately, the hotel staff ordered a new one when we asked 10 minutes after the original time and we still got to the destination on time.
