Pros:

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern in diesem Hotel übernachtet und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist modern, komfortabel und sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Taxi in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, einige sogar bequem zu Fuß. Auch der Flughafen ist schnell zu erreichen.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche, herzliche und stets lächelnde Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gab eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der wunderschöne Spa-Bereich des Hotels. Es gibt einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, zwei verschiedene Saunen. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Massagen – von klassischen Wellnessmassagen bis hin zu medizinischen Massagen und manueller Therapie. Außerdem werden weitere Wellness- und Spa-Anwendungen angeboten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Very pleasant stay in this clean modern hotel.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The room was clean and modern with everything we needed and the staff were particularly helpful. Breakfast was very good and there is a large restaurant attached where you can eat in the evening. You can also get treatment massages - mine was more like a heavy duty therapeutic adjustment session so be careful what you ask for!

Cons:

The pool is very small and was closed when we got there though it opened on the last day. The hotel is quite a way from the main attractions, about half an hour walk should you want to do that or a short cab ride by Yandex but probably there are not so many modern hotels in that area.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice, spacious rooms, clean, well-maintained. Location is ok, not so near Registan, but the surrounding is fine, a lot of restaurants, stores nearby. Nice neighborhood. Reception staff very polite.

Cons:

There is a spa center but you can only use it for an hour for free. Very weird if you are the guest of the hotel. Breakfast could be better for this type of hotel. Every morning we would need to look for a guy who is working on the station for preparing eggs, while the other employees would not offer to call him unless we asked. One day you would have some pancakes, the other not unless you grab them on time. There was always something missing, tomatoes or bread or something else very basic. It just the matter of organization. Other than that everything was fine.

Muy buena habitación
Pros:

La habitación que nos dieron muy grande y nueva que nos encantó. El desayuno aceptable pero sin mucha variedad.

Cons:

La zona del spa piscina, fuimos una tarde y estaba llena de flotadores y gente escandalosa, eso no me gustó pero vamos el hotel muy bien.

It was a super stay
Pros:

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and ready to help especially the man at the reception with a smiling face helped us with our luggage . We really thank them all. The room was spacious and clean . Then the cleaning women are professional and polite.

This is a wonderful hotel, definitely worth its money, I really liked it.
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel with really new perfect facilities anfd caring staff. I ould come by 20 minutes by foot to the area of main Samarkand city attractions.

Cons:

The room's size allows for a larger desk. There was only place for my laptop, but no space to spread out business papers next to it. On the other hand, for those simply relaxing and not working, this might not be a concern.
