We loved everything about our stay here!!
Firstly, the family is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The daily breakfasts (eggs, fruit, coffee etc) were delicious, great food and menu on site and the option to go on safari at an excellent rate (we saw many elephants including two babies, we loved the guide who was informative and extremely respectful!).
The room is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with a kettle, fridge, hot water (shower), patchy but usable WiFi, a fan and AC available. The pool is a lovely touch on a hot afternoon. And even the location is ideal (we had our own tuktuk so that made it easier to get around but the hosts could arrange transport for you).
Overall, a wonderful stay. Very happy to recommend, especially for a young family like ourselves!! Thank you so much to all the family. We will definitely be back!
Clean and comfortable stay for a couple of days. Pool was clean and staff was kind in general.
Breakfast was perhaps too simple and repetitive. Dinners could be improved.

Amazing property! The owner is a very nice man. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The room is spacious and it's great to have your own balcony. This place is a must stay. You are surrounded by lots of wildlife and it's peaceful being off the beaten path."

Good location in between Dambulla and Lion's Rock. Fun experience staying in a tree house - clean room, comfortable bed and AC was a dream. Nice to have a pool too
Laundry was more expensive than expected
Pool was ok but pool filters were spiky at bottom and could hurt feet. Breakfast was ok.
We thought we would have great experience but there were loads of ants on the door, room was dusty and not cleaned properly. There were gaps between wooden floors and you can see grass. There were no towel rack in bathroom to hang your clothes and towel. No toiletry in bathroom. Old noisey AC. Dusty mosquito nets. Rusty fridge. Not enough lighting in the room. Not enough drinking water has been provided when I asked they wanted to charge for that as well. We have ordered dinner which wasn't pleasant and tasty. No room service. There were two frogs in the sink in the morning. Allover not good experience and not recommend to others. I would recommend home stay instead booking this hotel. Photos looks great on booking.com but facilities were not there as per price.

夕食も同じくとても美味しく、ローカル料理の名前がわからないと親切に丁寧に教えてくれました。
