Pros:

Overall "ok" stay. We did a 1 night in a king room with park view. Room is spacious. Nice view on the park. Bathroom with shower was nice. Room was ok clean, dust in the corners. We had a quick lunch at the restaurant bar which was pricey but good. Breakfast was decent but not wow. Staff was very friendly overall.

Cons:

The attention to detail was not there, which for a 5-star hotel you would expect. We had an already filled out breakfast menu in the room. There was an empty slippers bag in the closet. The biggest bummer was the heating which made quite some noise in the room. The bed was decent but not great.

Felt like a home away from home … thanks
Pros:

Great location, great leisure facilities and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.
The outstanding feature however were the people who worked at the hotel and in particular the concierge
