Perfect location.
Overall experience was okay. Only stayed for a night. Coming in took a little longer than expected, we were having trouble with the buzzer and there were some confusions with the dial number. Owner was quick with messages replies through Expedia app which was really great! The place itself was small, kitchen counter was right beside the couch, although their bedroom was spacious. Cleanliness wise isn’t the best. I saw a pimple patch stuck on one of the light switch. Also no garbage in the washroom which I thought was odd and inconvenient. For this part it’s out of the property owner’s control but how the place was built was extremely inconvenient. For instance, I had to open two cabinets just to pull out the utensil drawer. If you’re looking for a place to stay in for a long period of time, I wouldn’t pick this one BUT if you’re there for a night or two then this wouldn’t be so bad, especially for it’s price.
Easy to find and great communication.

Great view, close to everything
Here’s a draft for your review:
I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. The property I reserved through your site was listed as a hotel, but it turned out to be an Airbnb. When I arrived at the address provided, there was no hotel—just an empty location. After calling the contact number, I found out the property was located a half hour away in a completely different neighborhood than I originally booked.
This caused unnecessary confusion, wasted hours of my vacation time, and left me feeling misled. Accurate listings and locations are critical for a reliable booking platform, and this was a complete failure on your part. I expected much better and will seriously reconsider using this service in the future.
Check in
I have never experienced such bad service from Expedia, I am hugely disappointed that they have accommodated such people as the one I just stayed with on their website!
I booked my accommodation in Toronto, and worked out my itinerary with car pickups from the location I booked. 24 hours before I arrived in Toronto, I was told that I would not be staying at the location I booked. I wasn’t only given a new location with booking information and how to get the keys, the link they provided me with was not working. So I responded. They told me to open the link in the browser. I responded that I tried that , but it wouldn’t work. They just responded with the same reply, again and again.
I was a little nervous, because the link was not working. I wasn’t sure if the entire thing was a scam. Who changes locations a day before?
When I arrived in Toronto, I went to the new location I was suppose to stay. I tried the key pickup, but it wouldn’t work. I had no internet to get in touch with anyone one.
Once I had internet, I noticed, that when I was on my flight over to Toronto, I was given a new location for my stay. The third! It was about 35 min away from the second location. I was given the same link which was not working.
By that time I sort of knew it was a scam.
I started looking at alternative accommodation while I had internet.
By the time I walked away from the city centre, to my 3rd location, there was a key waiting for me.
I was relieved, but knew I couldn’t t
Location and appartement are great.
The apartment was very clean and modern with amazing views. We booked a two bedroom but it ended up being a one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. They do not have parking so you have to go to a parking garage. Be aware that some charge $20 and then after 6pm another $20. We found a cheaper one that charged only $10. The address they gave was not 431 Queen St West, so it was not close to our concert venue, The Great Hall. We were on Front Street which is close to the CN Tower, Aquarium and Rogers Center. The fridge froze our food and the bed was not very comfortable, but other than those issues we enjoyed our stay.
Shorted us 1 bed, poor communication, other than that sick apartment and great view of downtown
super clean very nice place, the view was awesome too!

First, they changes the address my rental on my arrival day. I had booked a property on Queen West, and I ended up in a condo tower near the train tracks.
Very noisy with all the trains running all night.
The bed sheets smelled like fungus.
Please avoid this company.
Location was good and property was well maintained
The apartment needs lot improvement to host guests in such area and for that price. I don’t recommend this place if you’re going with family and need to relax in
There is lots of noise in the night, blinders are broken and the bedroom carpet dirty. The parking spot that came with my booking is so tight and hard to park if you have suv it won’t fit. I regret spending $200 a nigh for this place.
This was strange. When this was booked it was at a location on Queen St. The day of check in, I found out we were supposed to be in a different location.....was very confusing.
I also booked a room with 2 queens and a pull out bed, but there was only 1 queen and a pullout. Sent a message to who runs it, and got no reply.....just a very odd setup
Close to downtown
Clean and easy to find
We stayed at this property for one night as we were in town for a concert. The place was beautiful and has an amazing view as it is quite central. Secured parking was included, which was also a big plus. A downside however is that this property does not take payments on Expedia itself and so, it was a bit of a hassle to get the booking secured before arriving. As well, the property is listed as 431 Queen St, which is not its actual address. The property is located at 14 York St., which we found out last minute as we contacted the owners. The hassles we faced before arriving brought my 5/5 stars to a 4/5 stars - if the communication was fixed, this place is an excellent option for those looking to stay in downtown Toronto as it’s close to all the major attractions!
Excellent location for our short stay in a safe and convenient location.
A couple of minor issues - instructions to parking was poor and we spent time circling and asking people where to go.
No remote for TV.
Room had everything we needed.
Would go here again.
