Pros:

I've stayed here a few times over the last 4 years. It's in a good location, near Juarez Park.

Cons:

There were only two negatives. The first was the room I had this time was not as nice as the one I had last year on the second floor. The other negative, which is a big one for me is the night security guard locks the front door so he can sleep. It means you're actually locked in the hostel and you can't leave without him. I'm locking the door. I really despise that practice.

It was an excellent stay. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who likes these kind of hotels.
Cons:

There was some noise from a lamp on the wal outside of my window. But everything else was really fine.

Disappointing
Pros:

It's a nice old building at a very good price.

Cons:

Nobody enforces noise at night time. The person next door was on speakerphone yelling through the hotel until 2:30 in the morning and nothing was done. The night staff locks the gate in the front door so they can sleep, which means you're actually locked into the hotel and you can't get in or out on your own.
