Our Home for a day
Pros:

The place is clean and comfortable, location wise its perfect near MOA and the Airport and the price is RIGHT!!!! And what me and my group appreciated the most is the owner of the property She is sooo nice, polite and very patient.. . easy to transact and will help you all the way anytime.. thank you sooo much will surely recommend your place to our friends 😁

The location of the residence, super near in PICC perfect for graduation-staycation also the floor of the unit and the unit itself, very comfortable inside the unit.

The host is very accommodating and kind.
I forgot my laptop in the room during check-out, I just messaged the host so I can pick it up again 3 hours after our check out, and I am so grateful to the host for this.
The room is clean and very homey, with balcony which we enjoyed looking the view at night. It feels like staying at home away from home 😍
The guards and staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Almost all of what you need is available within the area, there's a convince store on the ground floor, food and transportation are very accessible.
Highly recommendable place to stay.
We will definitely come back when we go back to Manila.
