Cons:

Even though more of facilities & services are satisfied, but the air conditioner was malfunction, no cooling wind in one of my booking room. Unfortunately, I couldn't asked for help because you staff already off. Finally I open the windows all the night to improveour sleeping quantity.

Amazing room, blend of modern and classic Japanese. Breakfast was amazing and unique, great location to explore Otaru.

That we didnt stay 2 nights!
There is quite a hill to walk up to the hotel, however it does mean lovely views.

非常糟糕，不推薦訂房

房間寬敞

Cons:

女性浴池太誇張，所有窗戶都是透明的、浴池拉簾也是壞的，隔壁房子、大樓的人可以看的一清二楚！
從一樓就可以看到四樓浴場的透明玻璃，對面的高樓ㄧ定看的更清楚，非常糟糕、非常不尊重！一進去馬上就出來了，很可怕。不相信業主自己不知道這件事。

接待處（古蹟）和新建的房間都非常破舊，與網路圖片不符。入口處地板磁磚破裂，只用木板稍微擋一下。輕隔間房間壁貼都脫落了，甚至有發霉狀況。非常不推薦訂購此飯店。

住宿蓋在路非常小的山坡上，雨天非常危險。司機也很我們說雨天不可能有車上得來，旅客需要自己拉行李爬山。

We should have stayed longer.
Pros:

We loved that it preserved one of the heritage buildings and incorporated it with a modern hotel building. Wonderful historic home from the 1920’s in a central location overlooking the old canal and warehouse districts. Spacious well appointed hotel rooms and nice breakfast combining local and international dishes.

Cons:

Outdoor garden and parking areas need upgrading and some attention.

Pretty hotel at a good location.
