また行きたい！
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗だった。
コーヒーのおかわりを申し出たら、快く人数分のコーヒーをくれました。
スタッフさんは、若く挨拶して気持ちいい笑顔と言葉遣いだった。

Cons:

３人宿泊で、ベッドが２つしかなく、１人は床に布団をひきました。
ちょっと初めてだったのでおどろきました。
ホテルのガラス窓があちこちひびが入っていた。
朝食でテーブルにつくと、蜘蛛の巣がはってて驚いた。

ベッドの寝心地が非常によかった。部屋の掃除は行き届いており、清潔だった。

Enjoyed our visit to Otaru and its history in Hokkaido.
Pros:

Lots of history and character to the facility, close walk to the canal area, breakfast buffet and choices was a 10 out of 10

Cons:

Our hotel room was a good size but had only a two seater couch and quite a bit of empty space- a small table with two chairs would have been good to do some trip planning, the view from the ground floor window in the room looked onto what seemed to be a derelict, empty rather dirty back garden and a new condo tower empty of life. Very odd.

Pros:

朝食がとても良かったです！
部屋も広く、女子会をするのにピッタリでした。

夕食がとても手抜き感がありました。
お風呂のブラインドも汚い感じで、直した方が良いです。

満足する宿見つけた👌👌
Pros:

とにかく部屋が広くて快適。
ベッドルームも個室だし、トイレと洗面台も別だし満足。
春、夏、秋、冬と行きたいホテルです。
友人に勧め、11月に予約してました。

明かりがスポットライトのせいか
眩しく感じました。

Comfy stay after a steep walk up the hill from town.
Pros:

Nice spacious room with very comfy bed. Easy parking outside (with a cost).
Friendly helpful staff.

Pros:

住宿地點走100公尺就能到堺町通商店街，可以一路逛到小樽運河，是相當理想的飯店地點，飯店本身的氛圍也蠻不錯的，房間內的質感也都很棒，早餐是自助式的，雖然種類不多，但餐點都蠻好吃的，不過餐點的補充有點慢，常常是空盤狀態

Pros:

入口は趣があり、奥に進むほど近代化された建物で建物はとても素敵だった。

Cons:

携帯が部屋の中では圏外になってしまい、館内Wi-Fiもインターネット接続ができず、
ポータブルWi-Fiを貸していただけましたが、使用できるレベルのポータブルWi-Fiではなかった為、
連絡を取るために部屋から出て、電波の拾えるところまで移動して使用しなければいけなく、不自由だった。
大浴場はもう少し清潔に保てるようにしてほしい。
