An Extraordinary Stay Made Special by Mr Frederick Tam and His Team
Pros:

Our second visit to Palazzo Versace Macau was made truly exceptional by Mr Frederick Tam, whose gracious hospitality and personal care left a lasting impression on us.

Mr Frederick went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were deeply touched by the time and effort he devoted to ensuring that we felt warmly welcomed and wonderfully looked after. He has a remarkable ability to make things happen through his resourcefulness and dedication. The team he leads executes every detail with finesse while he personally follows through to ensure that the experience exceeds expectations.

What stood out most was the warmth and sincerity with which he cared for us. His attentiveness made us feel valued as returning guests and his personal involvement elevated our stay into something truly extraordinary. We are deeply grateful for his kindness, generosity of spirit and commitment to making this visit even more memorable than our first.

Mr Frederick deserves special recognition for both his exceptional hospitality and the care reflected in the team he leads. He has given us every reason to look forward to returning. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to him for a truly memorable stay.

A special mention also goes to Mr Gem from the bell service team for his professionalism and impeccable service. We were especially delighted that he remembered us from our first visit and his welcoming presence certainly added to the warmth of our stay.

Last but not least, we would like to commend the team at La Scala del Palazzo, where we enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts throughout our stay. Their attentive service and warm hospitality made each morning a pleasure and provided a wonderful start to our day.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace Macau. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious & the overall experience was excellent.

A special thank you to Sam, the concierge, who went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He arranged restaurant bookings, secured great tables & made everything so easy. He was always friendly, helpful & genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.

Sofie, the breakfast manager, also deserves special mention for her warm welcome & attentive service each morning.

Sam & Sofie really made the difference, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you both for taking such good care of us. We would happily return!

Love the Versace property and the rest of the surrounding properties, very well built and designed. The staff were all amazing and friendly......definitely will be going back for another visit!!

ホテルでの対応、内装、誕生日の特別対応は素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

シャトルバスの出発後の停車場案内、わかりにくいですね。行き先をスキップしそうになったり、説明なしで目的地を過ぎたり、少し使いにくいです。せっかく運転席上にモニターがあるので、多国語で表示してもらうと良いかと思います。

Não tem estrutura de hotel. São suítes de alto luxo, mas para qualquer outra necessidade tem que ir a outro hotel. Uma furada. Ninguém fala inglês para explicar

Cons:

Foi a maior enganação que vi em hotel na minha vida de viagem. Onde tem gim , sauna e café da manhã é no hotel do lado e a diária é 80% mais barato. Suítes lindas , pelo preço alturas. Um assalto. A ducha do chuveiro é ruim.
