Friendly staff

Cons:

WE had requested a double room for two people, but somehow booking ,com booked only for one. There were school children swimming, making too much noise. First day lunch, we tried to order but many items were not available. After lunch ordered coffee , it took more than half an hour for the coffee to be served, we almost gave up. Ordered tea for my wife for morning at 06.30 .. It was not served. The cleaning staff made too much noise near our room. I think the management should look into these issues for the guests to be comfortable.

Very nice place if you have some extra cash to spare and want to feel pampered ☺️☺️☺️. Value for 🤑
Pros:

The location is okay, expect the horrible roads, but it's not the hotel's fault.
Breakfast at this place was amazing, they have a full breakfast, a la carte, very diverse options.
The staff are all very friendly and warm, always their to cater to your needs. Very professional also. Special thanks to the manager, Anita who welcomed me very warmly, showed me around and was very helpful the entire time.

Cons:

Nothing, really. It's a great place.

Great hotel, best staff
Pros:

Great restaurant and bar, really nice and comfortable rooms. Most welcoming and helpful staff. They helped us so much in planning ahead our trip and with booking of our bus connection.

Pros:

Très proche de Lanet Gâte (Nakuru National Park). Amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Très difficile à trouver, l’adresse est erronée. Il faut se rendre à Lanet Gate et l’hôtel est à moins de 500m.
