L endroit est juste magique
Chambre tout en bois vernis avec terrasse donnant sur le lac. Nous avons adoré l ambiance.
L accueil de Jeswin et de tout le personnel est attentionné, et ils sont vraiment disponible.

J'ai effectué un massage qui était au top.
La ballade en Shikkara boat au levé du soleil était superbe.

- un petit meuble ou étagère dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenu car il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires de toilette.
- les chambres sont en bois c'est magnifique mais le revers de la médaille, il n'y a aucune insonorisation.

La arquitectura y ubicación del lugar es maravillosa , te sientes como en un barco del canal teniendo la facilidad de estar en tierra . Un lugar que respira historia y paz
L’emplacement est assez incroyable, on peut observer les bateaux passés depuis le balcon.
Nombreuses possibilité d’excursion en kayak , canoë etc juste au pied de l’hôtel. Le staff a été vraiment serviable .
il vous faut absolument la climatisation dans la chambre, étant donné la chaleur et l’humidité qu’il fait.
Il n’y a pas de restaurant a l’hôtel ni très accessible. Donc il faut commander au staff qui vous livre via un restaurant entre 30mn et 1h. Il n’y a également pas beaucoup de table ou pouvoir manger, vous devez manger sur votre balcon. Bref la bouffe c’est compliqué. Mais tout le reste rattrape ce petit problème

This was beautiful, Jose was exceptional in his help, very friendly , efficient, best we have had in the 10 days in Kerala He even went a got me a jug to boil water for tea and tea bags etc, in the evening so I could have tea while watching the boats at sunset I wished we hadn't stayed in a boat overnight the night before, and come here and gotten a boat from this canal. The area is quiet , peaceful , beautiful and clean. The rooms have aircon for an extra 500 rupees and great fans in room as well and on balcony with recliner chairs Breakfast was good and Jose helped us order a delivery of food from a restaurant nearby for dinner which was delicious..and even milkshakes. Can't rate this place highly enough, good price exceptional stay and I had a Ayuvedic massage in the property for 1700 for 1xhr, very good 10/10 allowed and tgey organised car fir 5 hr trip next day, putting ourclimuggage on a motorbike up to the road

What a lovely spot on the side of the river! We loved lounging on the balcony and watching the locals paddle past. The staff Jose and Jeswin were so genuine and friendly, and made us feel so welcome. They also provided us a map for a nearby walk, which took us about 2-3hr walking past local homes, fields, and came back via boat. It was a relaxing stay.
The shower was barely working, it was enough to have a quick wash but not enough to wash my hair unfortunately.
We opted for fan only and no AC as it's additional cost, and managed to sleep but it does get quite warm so it may be too uncomfortable for some people, then I would recommend to opt for AC.
The view ! Beautiful views straight on the backwaters. And the very helpful and skilled staff, who arranged tuk tuks, a yoga lesson with a master, a massage on site and a boat trip, all in the space of one day, exceptional service ! The wooden building is beautiful, according to my brother who was traveling with me it was the most charming of our whole trip in India.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malayalam lake resort ! Jeswin est un hôte très accueillant et très serviable, il arrange des tours en bateau (de divers types: privés ou non, sur une journée ou demi-journée, du kayak au bateau à moteur....) à prix très compétitif, et il est toujours disponible pour aider ses clients (conseils, prêt de bouilloire, taxi, info diverses, local pour les bagages...). Le resort est super bien situé, les chambres charmantes (attention toutefois à prendre avec AC si vous ne supportez pas la chaleur), et on peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, comme commander un déjeuner ou un dîner dans un restaurant partenaire. Bref, merci beaucoup nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Une vraie petite pépite, un peu éloignée de la côte mais facilement accessible en tuk-tuk, et je ne regrette absolument pas le détour. La chambre était magnifique, entièrement décorée en bois avec table, armoire et lit équipé d’une moustiquaire. Très joli, literie confortable, et pas besoin de climatisation en janvier.
La petite terrasse donne directement sur les backwaters et le bruit des moteurs ne m’a pas du tout gêné.
Le personnel est aux petits soins ! Après m’être ouvert l’orteil quelques jours plus tôt, le gérant s’est donné beaucoup de mal pour trouver une crème antibiotique introuvable ailleurs, qui m’a même été apportée sur le seuil de ma chambre. Un grand merci pour cette aide précieuse !
Il n’y a pas de restaurant à proximité, mais le logement a un partenariat avec un établissement qui livre : nourriture très bonne et assez épicée, avis aux palais avertis !
J’ai réservé un massage directement au sein du logement. Il s’est terminé 5 minutes plus tôt que prévu, n’était pas exceptionnel et le cadre n’était pas vraiment agréable.
We loved the place, very authentic and eco-friendly. The staff is nice, welcoming and helpful. The owner can organize rowing boat outing in the backwaters.

Wenn das Malayalam Lake Resort während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht komplett ausgebucht gewesen wäre, müsste man die Unterkunft als absoluten Geheimtipp bezeichnen. Fantastische Lage (man fühlt sich mitten in den backwaters) und mit Jeswin Thomas ein großartiger und aufmerksamer Besitzer.
Ein paar Tropfen mehr Wasser aus der Dusche wäre klasse.
