Pros:

A beautiful peaceful location of the resort surrounded by trees just off the highway. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a comfortable stay. We woke to the sounds of chirping birds and could spot a number of birds.
The property has a small trek through the forest.
The food was good and the service was satisfactory.

A home away from home in the midst of Maulyar Forest
Pros:

The spacious, clean, comfy well laid out rooms and washroom. The genuinely caring and energetic staff Suraj & Aditya. Enterprising young owner Mr. Vaibhav Negi and his vision for his new property, hiring local staff and adding solar panels for electricity...very thoughtful. Some guests wanted to try Uttarakhandi local dishes the same was organised and prepared painstakingly in short time by Suraj and served with love...it was delicious! The owner was coordinating with me and waiting on the highway to guide us to the property. My friend had forgotten the adapter for iphone charger the same was magically produced in no time...and the generosity of the owner to suggest the same need not be returned as she would face trouble in getting it in the remote regions and would need it for charging on our journey ahead! Goes to display his thoughtful caring nature! Kudos to this hardworking team...wish them great success.

Cons:

Absolutely zero complaints...only good things to say about this property.
