ウェルカムドリンクのサービスや、フリードリンクの利用と嬉しいサービスがいっぱいでした。お部屋も広く快適、ベランダまでありました。季節的に利用はしませんでしたが、秋頃でしたらベランダでゆっくりもいいですね。

清潔なビジネスホテルです。おすすめです。

スタッフの感じが皆とてもよかった。清潔で必要最低限のものがそろっていた。朝食がおいしかった。

私の部屋は、外の景色が目の前が建物だった。洗面所が狭く、使いかってが悪かった。

Cómodo, tranquilo, personal muy profesional y amable. Muy recomendable. Volveremos.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente por su cercanía a la estación de tren, lo que facilita ir y volver a Tokio. Las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. El personal de recepción era muy profesional, amable y servicial. También el personal del comedor. El desayuno estilo japonés es muy recomendable por completo (dietéticamente hablando), surtido, copioso y delicioso. Con este desayuno te olvidas de comer casi en todo el día, apesar de que gastes mucha energía en excursiones largas. Por suerte los inodoros automáticos tienen instrucciones con las que es fácil usarlos. Recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel si vas a Tokio.

Cons:

Realmente, nada. Con un personal tan atento, amable y servicial; con unas instalaciones limpias, ordenadas y cómodas (las camas) poco puede haber que disgustara. Eso sí, y no es un defecto de este hotel en particular, pero eché de menos que nos hubieran explicado el sistema de aviso a la lavandería del hotel (cambio de toallas, por cuestión de ahorro energético y ecología) que nos dimos cuenta que eran unas pegatinas grandes magnéticas con letreros de "cambiar" o "no cambiar toallas", que estaban pegadas en la puerta de la habitación y de las cuales no nos habíamos dado cuenta hasta el último día. En los siguientes hoteles de nuestras vacaciones supimos usarlos. Deberían explicar a los extranjeros cómo usarlas.
