The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to move their own vehicles out. Horrible stay. Disrespectful staff - they sneered and laughed when my bike was swamped in water.
J’arrive dans l’hôtel jusque là rien de plus normal, l’accueil est bon. On m’emmène jusqu’à la chambre qui est simple. Déjà on ne capte pas la wifi depuis la chambre. La chambre est mal isolée donc on entend tout ce qu’il y a à l’extérieur. La salle de bain n’est pas très propre j’ai trouvé des cheveux par terre. J’ai également trouvé un préservatif en dessous du lit. 1 heure après que je sois arrivé, on me demande d’écrire un avis sur Google alors que je venais à peine d’arriver. On a insisté plusieurs fois pour que j’écrive un avis. Le pire c’est que le lendemain ils ont tenté de m’arnaquer en me disant que c’était trop tard pour le Check-out. J’ai du négocier pendant plusieurs heures. Vraiment je ne vous recommande pas du tout cet établissement, a fuir à tout prix. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis sur internet, ils sont pour la grosse majorité faux et écrit par le personnel lui-même.
