Tolle Lage, freundliche Personal
Pros:

Wir haben die Nacht nach unserer standesamtlichen Hochzeit hier verbracht. Die Personal war sehr freundlich und versuchte, die Erfahrung wirklich speziell für uns zu machen.

Hotel en restaurant zijn voortreffelijk, maar boek alleen een kamer in het oude gedeelte.
Pros:

De ligging tegenover het Belfort is prachtig. Het oude gedeelte van het hotel is echt mooi.

Cons:

De kamers in het nieuwe gedeelte hebben last van straatlawaai.

Have stayed at Hotel Damier previously and look forward to staying again.
Pros:

Overall the hotel is very good along with a good breakfast and a good bar.
A very good location on the Market Square.
My room was large and well equipped with a seperate lounge area.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The shower position in the bath is not very user friendly.
The room was cold at times and the heating not on.
Not too keen on plastic water glasses or paper coffeee cups.
The working desk is only very narrow.

Hotel classico nel cuore della città
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, proprio sulla piazza centrale, davanti allo storico campanile. Vicinissimo a tutto, anche alla stazione dei treni. L'hotel è molto bello, classico, curato, soprattutto nelle aree comuni.
Il bagno della camera è molto grande, con doccia e molto spazio per appoggio. Camera affacciata su una corte interna ma molto sileziosa. Colazione buona, abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata, con possibilità di ordinare altro direttamente dalla cucina. Ottimo il servizio.

Cons:

Purtroppo moquette quasi ovunque. La nostra camera non era particolarmente accogliente, con un arredamento un pò confuso, con pezzi antichi e letto moderno, non molto grande. Solo tre cuscini, scomodi e materasso a molle altrettanto scomodo. Il minibar era dentro l'armadio e restava poco posto per appendere giacche e vestiti. Tv senza possibilità di streaming, una pecca per un 4 stelle. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 7 notti stavano ridipingendo l'ingresso dell'Hotel, con operai e scale in mezzo e odore abbastanza sgradevole di vernice.

Het hotel behoeft zeker wat modernisering.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was ideaal voor een bezoek aan de stad. Dat er parking aanwezig is, is ook een groot pluspunt.

Cons:

De kamer was klein, er was slechts één stoel. De matras was veel te zacht. We kozen om ter plaatse te dineren. Op zich was het eten lekker maar de porties heel klein en de bediening kon vriendelijker.

Pros:

Good location, nice staff and quite during the night.

Cons:

I never usually complain, but the beds are way too soft, it’s like you sleep at the angle from your bodyweight, would also do with bathroom renovation as would be nice to have a shower rather than a bath with a hose.
